Claims (9)
- 電力系統の需給調整監視装置において、
少なくとも一台の発電機の出力実績値を格納する出力実績値データベースと、
前記発電機への出力指令値を格納する出力指令値データベースと、
前記発電機の調整力計画値を格納する調整力計画値データベースと、
前記出力実績値と、前記出力指令値と、前記調整力計画値に基づいて調整力を評価する調整力評価部と
を備えることを特徴とする電力系統の需給調整監視装置。 - 前記調整力評価部で評価された調整力評価結果が、調整力判定値を満たすか否かを判定する調整力評価結果判定部
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力系統の需給調整監視装置。 - 前記発電機から所定の範囲内に設置された気象観測計と、
前記気象観測計で計測された気象情報を格納する気象情報データベースと、
前記発電機の調整力の予測結果を格納した調整力予測結果データベースと、
過去の気象情報と、前記調整力評価部で評価された調整力評価結果とに基づいて、調整力予測モデルを作成する調整力予測モデル作成部と、
前記調整力予測モデルと、現在の気象情報に基づいて調整力を予測する調整力予測部と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電力系統の需給調整監視装置。 - 別市場の取引実績値を格納する別電力市場取引実績値データベースと、
別市場の取引計画値を格納する別電力市場取引計画値データベースと、
過去の別市場の取引実績値と、過去の別市場の取引計画値と、前記調整力評価部で評価された調整力評価結果に基づいて、調整力予測モデルを作成する調整力予測モデル作成部と、
前記調整力予測モデルと、現在の別市場の取引実績値と、現在の別市場の取引計画値に基づいて調整力を予測する調整力予測部と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電力系統の需給調整監視装置。 - 前記調整力予測部は、前記現在の別市場の取引実績値と、現在の別市場の取引計画値との差分の大きさに基づいて、調整力の計画値と調整力の実績値との差分の大きさを予測することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電力系統の需給調整監視装置。
- 発電機の出力実績値と、前記発電機への出力指令値と、前記発電機の出力実績値と、前記発電機の調整力計画値に基づいて調整力を評価することを特徴とする電力系統の需給調整監視方法。
- 評価された調整力評価結果が、調整力判定値を満たすか否かを判定することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電力系統の需給調整監視方法。
- 前記発電機から所定の範囲内で気象情報を計測し、
過去の気象情報と、評価された調整力評価結果とに基づいて、調整力予測モデルを作成し、
前記調整力予測モデルと、現在の気象情報に基づいて調整力を予測する
ことを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の電力系統の需給調整監視方法。 - 過去の別市場の取引実績値と、過去の別市場の取引計画値と、評価された調整力評価結果に基づいて、調整力予測モデルを作成し、
前記調整力予測モデルと、現在の別市場の取引実績値と、現在の別市場の取引計画値に基づいて調整力を予測する
ことを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の電力系統の需給調整監視方法。
