Claims (3)
- 軸心部分に冷媒を一方向に供給可能なメイン冷媒路を有し且つ一端部に供試体が接続可能なシャフトと、
前記シャフトの軸回りに設けたロータと、
前記ロータ及び前記シャフトの少なくとも一部を内部空間に収容可能なケーシングと、
前記ケーシング内に固定したステータと、
前記シャフトの一端部近傍に配置され当該シャフトを回転可能に支持する供試体側軸受と、
前記シャフトの他端部近傍に配置され当該シャフトを回転可能に支持する反供試体側軸受と、を備えた回転機であり、
前記メイン冷媒路の冷媒供給方向下流端を、前記シャフトの両端のうち前記供試体が接続される側の端に至らない位置であって且つ前記冷媒供給方向において前記供試体側軸受と同じ位置または前記供試体側軸受よりも下流側の所定位置に設定し、
前記シャフトは、始端が前記冷媒供給方向下流端または前記供給方向下流端近傍に連通し且つ終端が前記ケーシングの内部空間に連通する供試体側サブ冷媒路を有するものであり、
前記供試体側サブ冷媒路の終端を前記供試体側軸受よりも前記冷媒供給方向上流側に設定していることを特徴とする回転機。 - 前記供試体側サブ冷媒路が、前記始端から前記終端に向かって所定角度傾斜した流路である請求項1に記載の回転機。
- 前記シャフトは、始端が前記メイン冷媒路のうち前記供試体側軸受よりも前記冷媒供給方向上流端側の所定部分に連通し且つ終端が前記ケーシングの内部空間のうち前記反供試体側軸受よりも前記冷媒供給方向下流側に連通する反供試体側サブ冷媒路を有するものであり、
前記反供試体側サブ冷媒路を前記供試体側サブ冷媒路と同一形状、同一角度及び同数に設定している請求項1又は2に記載の回転機。
