Abstract
Description
ケーブル保持要素は、ケーブル端部の垂直位置を変更するための垂直位置設定装置を有する。これの利点は、レバー要素が水平に向けられるかまたは向けられたままであるが、ケーブル端部の垂直位置は、依然として変更可能であることである。このようにして、例えばケーブル端部が剥離される場合に水平に作用する力は、ケーブル端部の異なる垂直位置にもかかわらずレバー要素が常に水平方向に向けられ得るので、通常はレバー要素によって特に十分に吸収され得る。

Claims (12)
- 圧着工程のためのケーブルのケーブル端部(25)を保持するためのケーブル端部保持装置(1)であって、ケーブル端部保持装置(1)が、
ケーブル端部(25)を保持するためのケーブル保持要素(15)と、
圧着工程中にスタンプの移動から切り離される様式でケーブル保持要素(15)の垂直位置を変更するための2つのレバー要素(10a、10b)を有する垂直位置変更装置と
を備え、
レバー要素(10a、10b)が、レバー要素(10a、10b)の長手方向に沿って互いに平行に延びて配列され、
レバー要素(10a、10b)が、高さにおいて、および垂直方向に対して直角で長手方向に対して直角な幅方向において、互いにオフセットして配列され、
レバー要素(10a、10b)がそれぞれ、幅方向に沿って延びる第1の回転軸(30、31)を中心として回転可能に取り付けられ、2つの第1の回転軸(30、31)が互いに平行に延びる、
ケーブル端部保持装置(1)。 - ケーブル端部保持装置(1)が、長手方向に沿ってケーブル保持要素(15)の位置を変化させるための長手方向位置変更装置(11)をさらに備える、

ケーブル端部保持装置(1)が、ケーブル保持要素(15)の垂直位置を変更するための垂直位置変更装置を有し、垂直位置変更装置が、2つのレバー要素(10a、10b)を有し、2つのレバー要素(10a、10b)が、その長手方向に沿って互いに平行に延び、それぞれ幅方向に沿って延びる第1の回転軸(30、31)を中心として回転可能に取り付けられ、幅方向が、垂直方向に対して直角であり、かつ長手方向に対して直角であり、
方法が、
−ケーブル保持要素(15)を用いてケーブル端部(25)を保持するステップと、
−レバー要素(10a、10b)が、その第1の回転軸(30、31)を中心としてそれぞれ回転されるという点で、圧着工程中にスタンプの移動から切り離される様式で、ケーブル端部(25)の垂直位置を変更するステップと
を含む方法。 - ケーブル端部(25)の垂直位置の変化の結果としての長手方向のケーブル端部(25)の位置の変化は、長手方向のケーブル端部(25)の位置が実質的に変化しないように長手方向位置変更装置(11)によって補償され得る、
請求項7に記載の方法。 - プレス(5)のアンビル(27)上に配置されるコンタクト要素(26)からのケーブル端部(25)の距離が、コンタクト要素(26)からのプレス(5)のスタンプ(24)の距離と同期して、所与の期間の間、垂直位置変更装置によって縮小される、

請求項9に記載の方法。 - ケーブル端部(25)が切断装置の方を向くように、垂直方向に沿って延びる回転軸を中心としてケーブル端部(25)を回転させるステップと、
切断装置を用いて、ケーブル端部(25)の除去されるべき部分、特にケーブル端部(25)の絶縁物を所定の場所に保持するステップと、
除去されるべき部分が切断装置によって所定の場所に保持され、ケーブル端部(25)から切り離されるように、長手方向に沿ってケーブル端部(25)を引き離すステップと
をさらに含む、請求項7から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - ケーブル保持要素(15)の垂直位置設定装置(13)を用いてケーブル端部(25)の垂直位置を変更するステップ
