Abstract
Description
Claims (23)
- 電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生装置であって、
電力供給源と、
電子回路基板と、
前記電力供給源から前記電子回路基板を経由して電力を受け取るように構成された電気発熱体と、
接地面であって、
前記電源を前記電子回路基板および前記電気発熱体に電気的に結合するように、また
前記電源および前記電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生装置の複数の構成要素を構造的に保持するように構成された、細長い導電性部材を含む接地面とを含む、電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生装置。 - 前記接地面が、前記電源を保持するように構成された複数の弾性要素をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生装置。
- それぞれの弾性要素が前記接地面を前記電源に接続するように構成された電気接点である、請求項2に記載の電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記複数の弾性要素がスナップ方式を利用して前記電源を保持するよう構成されている、請求項2または3に記載の電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記接地面がさらに、前記電子回路基板を受けるように構成された複数のピンを含む請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記接地面がその長軸方向軸について実質的に対称である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記電源と前記電子回路基板の間で約10mΩ〜約20mΩの電気抵抗を持つように構成された、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記電気発熱体が刃の形態である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記電気発熱体が少なくとも一つの外部ヒーターを備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記電気発熱体が少なくとも一つの内部ヒーター、および少なくとも一つの外部ヒーターを備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記接地面が黄銅で製造される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生装置。
- 電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生装置用の接地面であって、
電源を前記電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生装置の複数の構成要素に電気的に結合するように、また
前記電源および前記電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生装置の複数の構成要素を構造的に保持するように構成された、細長い導電性部材を含む接地面。 - 前記細長い導電性部材が、第一の細長い部分が1つの長軸方向の端に沿ってさらなる細長い部分に接続され、第二の細長い部分が1つの長軸方向の端に沿ってさらなる細長い部分に接続され、また前記接地面が少なくとも1つの側が存在しない多角形の断面を持つよう形成されるように、残りの細長い部分が両方の長軸方向の端に沿って接続されている複数の細長い部分を備えた、請求項12に記載の接地面。
- 前記電源を構造的に保持するように構成された2組の弾性要素をさらに備え、前記第一の組の弾性要素が前記第一の細長い部分に接続され、前記第二の組が前記第二の細長い部分に接続される、請求項13に記載の接地面。
- 細長い導電性部材を形成するよう構成された複数の細長い部分を含み、前記細長い部分が長軸方向の折り目に沿って接続される、請求項12、13または14に記載の接地面を形成するための単一の層状ブランク。
- 前記折り目が前記細長い部分を折り畳んで前記接地面を形成するのに要求される力を減少させるように構成された複数の穿孔を含む、請求項15に記載の単一の層状ブランク。
- 前記細長い部分の1つが、前記単一の層状ブランクが折り畳み機械内に位置付けられるように構成された複数のスルーホールをさらに含む、請求項15または16に記載の単一の層状ブランク。
- 電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生装置を組み立てる方法であって、
接続された複数の細長い導電性の部分を折り畳むことによって接地面を形成する工程と、
前記複数の細長い部分によって構造的に保持され、かつ前記接地面に電気的に結合されるように、電力供給源を前記形成された接地面に挿入する工程と、
電子回路基板を前記接地面に接続する工程と、
電気発熱体を前記接地面に接続する工程とを含む、方法。 - 前記接地面を形成するために使用される複数の穿孔を提供する工程であって、前記複数の穿孔が前記電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生装置の内部表面と一貫した方法で形成される工程をさらに含む、請求項18に記載の電気的に作動するエアロゾル発生装置を組み立てる方法。
- 電気装置のための接地面であって、
電源を前記電気装置の複数の構成要素に電気的に結合するように、また
前記電気装置の前記電源および複数の構成要素を構造的に保持するように構成された細長い導電性部材を含み、
前記細長い導電性部材が、第一の位置から第二の位置へ移動可能であり、前記電源を保持するように構成された複数の弾性要素を含み、それぞれの弾性要素が前記接地面を前記電源に接続するように構成された電気接点であるとともに、
前記第二の位置には前記電源を受けるのに適切な前記弾性要素間にギャップが提供され、また第一の位置では、前記弾性要素が前記電源に作用して前記接地面内に形成された前記くぼみ内にそれを保持する、接地面。 - 第一の側に電子構成要素を含み、第二の側に外部の電気的接続を含む電子回路基板であって、使用時に、前記電子回路基板の前記第一の側がハウジングの内側に提供され、また前記電子回路基板の前記第二の側が前記ハウジングの外側に提供される、電子回路基板。
- 前記第二の側が前記ハウジングの外部面になるように適合される、請求項21に記載の電子回路基板。
- 前記第二の側の曲げパターンが前記ハウジングの前記内部形状と一貫性のある形状に構成される、請求項21または22に記載の電子回路基板。
