Description
Claims (15)
- バッテリアダプタであって、
一つ以上のバッテリ用の受入領域を規定する、前記バッテリによって圧縮されるように構成される弾性材の一つ以上の弾性側壁を含む、弾性トレイと、
前記弾性側壁のうちの1つの弾性側壁の内側から前記弾性側壁のうちの他の弾性側壁の内側まで前記弾性トレイの外側の少なくとも一部に巻き付けられるフレキシブル回路とを有し、
前記フレキシブル回路が、付随装置に電力を供給する前記弾性トレイの外側に配置される一つ以上の接点を含む第1のセットと、前記第1のセットの接点と電気的に結合され、前記バッテリに接触するように構成される一つ以上の接点を含む第2のセットとを含み、前記第2のセットの接点が前記バッテリ受入領域において前記弾性側壁の内側に配置される、バッテリアダプタ。 - 前記弾性側壁が少なくとも一部が圧縮性ポリマーから形成される、請求項1に記載のバッテリアダプタ。
- 前記弾性トレイが、前記付随装置への前記バッテリアダプタの位置合わせを容易にする、及び/又は前記バッテリアダプタが前記付随装置に固定されることを可能にする、一つ以上の位置合わせ機構を含む、請求項1及び2のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリアダプタ。
- 前記機構が対向する凹部及び/又はくぼみを含み、前記付随装置が前記対向する凹部及び/又はくぼみと結合するように設定される対向する突起及び/又は戻り止めを含む、請求項3に記載のバッテリアダプタ。
- 前記弾性トレイの前記バッテリ受入領域が一対の対向する弾性側壁を持つくぼみを含み、前記第2のセットが前記対向する弾性側壁上の接点を含み、当該接点が前記対向する弾性側壁の間に受けられるバッテリと接触する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリアダプタ。
- 前記弾性材が、バッテリが挿入されると前記弾性材が圧縮され、前記圧縮された弾性材が前記接点を前記挿入されたバッテリと接触するように付勢するように、少なくとも前記接点の後ろの対向壁上に層を形成する、請求項5に記載のバッテリアダプタ。
- 前記弾性トレイが剛性トレイを前記弾性材でオーバーモールドしたものを含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリアダプタ。
- 前記フレキシブル回路が前記第2のセットの接点を相互接続する配線を含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリアダプタ。
- バッテリアダプタを製造する方法であって、
一つ以上の接点を含む第1のセットと、前記第1のセットの接点と電気的に結合され、バッテリに接触するように構成される一つ以上の接点を含む第2のセットとを含むフレキシブル回路を形成するステップと、
一つ以上のバッテリ用の受入領域を規定する弾性材の一つ以上の弾性側壁を含む弾性トレイを形成し、前記弾性材はバッテリが前記受入領域に挿入されるときに圧縮可能である、ステップと、
前記第2のセットの接点が前記バッテリ受入領域の中に配置され、前記第1のセットの接点が前記弾性トレイの外側に配置されるように、前記フレキシブル回路を前記弾性側壁のうちの1つの弾性側壁の内側から前記弾性側壁のうちの他の弾性側壁の内側まで前記弾性トレイの外側の少なくとも一部に巻き付けるステップとを有する、方法。 - 前記弾性トレイを形成するステップが、
剛性トレイを形成するステップと、
前記弾性材を前記剛性トレイにモールドして一体構造を形成するステップとを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記弾性材がシリコーンを含む、請求項9及び10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記フレキシブル回路が複数の層から形成される、請求項9乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記弾性トレイが化学的耐性のある材料から形成される、請求項9乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記弾性トレイがオーバーモールド技術を用いて形成される、請求項9乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記弾性トレイに前記フレキシブル回路を接着するステップをさらに有する、請求項9乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
