Description
ここで、前記制御部は、前記バッテリの異常を検出すると、前記第1スイッチをオフ、前記第2スイッチをオンにすることができる。
また、前記制御部は、所定の条件を満たすと、負荷への電源供給を優先すると判定し、前記第1スイッチをオフ、前記第2スイッチをオフにすることができる。
また、前記第1スイッチは、前記バッテリと前記キャパシタとの間に直列に接続された第2半導体スイッチおよび第3半導体スイッチと、前記第2半導体スイッチと並列に接続され、抵抗が直列に接続された第1半導体スイッチとを含むことができる。
このとき、前記第1半導体スイッチおよび前記第2半導体スイッチは、寄生ダイオードのアノードが、前記バッテリ側に配置され、前記第3半導体スイッチは、寄生ダイオードのアノードが前記キャパシタ側に配置されていてもよい。

Claims (5)
- バッテリおよび前記バッテリから電源を供給される負荷と接続する電源供給装置であって、
キャパシタと、
前記バッテリと前記キャパシタとの間の接続状態を切り換える第1スイッチと、
前記キャパシタと前記負荷との間の接続状態を切り換える第2スイッチと、
前記キャパシタの充電状態および前記バッテリの異常を検出する制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、前記バッテリの異常を検出しない場合に、前記キャパシタの充電未完了時に、前記第1スイッチをオン、第2スイッチをオフにするとともに、前記キャパシタの充電完了後も前記第1スイッチをオンに維持することを特徴とする電源供給装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記バッテリの異常を検出すると、前記第1スイッチをオフ、前記第2スイッチをオンにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電源供給装置。
- 前記制御部は、所定の条件を満たすと、負荷への電源供給を優先すると判定し、前記第1スイッチをオフ、前記第2スイッチをオフにすることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電源供給装置。
- 前記第1スイッチは、前記バッテリと前記キャパシタとの間に直列に接続された第2半導体スイッチおよび第3半導体スイッチと、
前記第2半導体スイッチと並列に接続され、抵抗が直列に接続された第1半導体スイッチとを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電源供給装置。 - 前記第1半導体スイッチおよび前記第2半導体スイッチは、寄生ダイオードのアノードが、前記バッテリ側に配置され、前記第3半導体スイッチは、寄生ダイオードのアノードが前記キャパシタ側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電源供給装置。
