Claims (10)
- メイン部と、
前記メイン部に固定される固定部と、
駆動部と、
を備え、切削工具を装着する際に使用される切削工具装着装置であって、
前記固定部には、前記固定部の両端を貫通する連接孔が設けられ、前記駆動部は互いに係合する磁性体及びコイルを備え、前記磁性体は、前記連接孔内に収容され、前記コイルは前記磁性体内に移動可能に収容され、且つ前記切削工具に固定され、前記コイルは通電されると、前記磁性体の磁場作用の下、前記切削工具を連動し、往復運動することを特徴とする切削工具装着装置。 - 前記メイン部の一部は、前記連接孔内に収容され、前記磁性体と前記メイン部との間には、一定の距離があることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削工具装着装置。
- 前記メイン部は、装着部及び前記装着部の一端から延伸する連接部を備え、前記連接部は、前記連接孔内に収容され、且つ固定されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の切削工具装着装置。
- 前記装着部の外壁には、固定溝が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の切削工具装着装置。
- 前記コイルは、三相コイルであることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の切削工具装着装置。
- 前記磁性体は、搭載部及び複数の磁性板を備え、前記搭載部には前記搭載部の両端を貫通する収容孔が設けられ、前記磁性板は前記収容孔の内壁に装着され、前記コイルは前記収容孔内に移動可能に収容されることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の切削工具装着装置。
- 前記磁性板は、前記搭載部の中心軸を取り囲み、且つ互いに離間して設置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の切削工具装着装置。
- 前記切削工具をガイドするガイド部を更に備え、前記ガイド部は部分的又は完全に前記連接孔内に収容されることを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の切削工具装着装置。
- 前記ガイド部の外壁には、当止部が形成され、前記固定部の内壁には、前記当止部に当接できる係合部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の切削工具装着装置。
- 前記連接孔は、互いに連通する第一孔、第二孔、第三孔を備え、前記第二孔の直径は前記第一孔の直径より短いが、前記第三孔の直径より長く、前記メイン部は前記第一孔内に収容され、前記磁性体は前記第二孔内に収容され、前記ガイド部は前記第三孔内に収容されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の切削工具装着装置。
