Claims (5)
- 荷電された塵埃を捕集する電極部と、前記電極部を収容する枠部とを備え、
前記電極部は、平板状に形成された複数の高圧電極と、平板状に形成された複数の接地電極と、前記高圧電極の端部に接続されて同高圧電極に給電する給電部材と、を備えるとともに、前記高圧電極と前記接地電極とが交互に配置され、
前記給電部材は、前記高圧電極の一端側に配置される第1の給電部と、前記高圧電極の他端側に配置される第2の給電部と、前記第1の給電部と前記第2の給電部とを接続して導通させる導通部と、を有し、
前記導通部は、板状の導電部材で形成されるとともに、前記高圧電極および前記接地電極に対して平行に配置され、
前記枠部は、前記電極部の外周を囲む筒状に形成されるとともに、前記給電部材の前記導通部が配置される導通部配置部を有し、前記導通部配置部と前記接地電極の間には、前記導通部と前記接地電極間の絶縁距離を確保する第1のリブ部を備える、電気集塵機の集塵部。 - 前記第1のリブ部と協働して前記導通部を保持する第2のリブ部をさらに有し、
前記導通部は前記第1のリブ部と前記第2のリブ部とで挟持される、請求項1に記載の電気集塵機の集塵部。 - 前記枠部には、前記導通部が前記第1のリブ部よりも前記接地電極側に誤配置されてしまうのを防止する第3のリブ部が形成されている、請求項2に記載の電気集塵機の集塵部。
- 前記第1のリブ部と前記第2のリブ部との間には導通部収容空間が形成され、
前記第3のリブ部は、同第3のリブ部の前記導通部に対向する面が、前記導通部収容空間よりも所定距離だけ前記接地電極側に位置する、請求項3に記載の電気集塵機の集塵部。 - 前記第1のリブ部と前記第2のリブ部は、
前記給電部材を前記導通部配置部の底部方向へ案内するテーパ部が、前記第1のリブ部と前記第2のリブ部とにおける前記導通部配置部の開口側にそれぞれ形成される、請求項2から4のいずれか一つに記載の電気集塵機の集塵部。
