Claims (7)
- 相手方コネクタの相手方端子に対して電気的に接続される電気接続部及び電線の端末に対して電気的に接続される電線接続部を有する端子金具と、
前記電気接続部を内方の収容空間に収容し、かつ、前記電線接続部を前記電線の端末と共に外方に突出させる絶縁性の収容体と、
前記収容体を外方から覆う主シールド体、及び、前記電線接続部と前記電線の端末とを外方から覆う副シールド体を有する導電性のシールド部材と、
前記電線の端末における剥き出しの編組を挟持する導電性の第1及び第2の挟持部材と、
を備え、
前記副シールド体は、前記電線接続部と前記電線の端末における剥き出しの芯線とを外方から覆う第1収容室と、前記電線の端末における剥き出しの前記編組と前記第1及び第2の挟持部材とを外方から覆う第2収容室と、を有し、
前記第1及び第2の挟持部材は、剥き出しの前記編組が径方向の外側へと環状に展開された前記編組の環状展開部を前記電線の端末の軸線に沿って挟持する部材であり、前記環状展開部を挟み込む環状挟持部を各々有すると共に、前記シールド部材に対して前記環状展開部の挟持方向に沿って押し付けて固定することを特徴としたコネクタ。 - 前記第1挟持部材は、前記第2収容室の壁面に面接触させる平滑面部を有することを特徴とした請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記第1挟持部材は、前記第2収容室の壁面に向けて突出させ、前記第2収容室の前記壁面に接触させる突出部を有することを特徴とした請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記第1及び第2の挟持部材は、前記環状展開部の挟持方向に沿う軸力の螺子止め固定によって前記シールド部材に対して共締めさせるように形成したものであり、各々、前記螺子止め固定に用いる雄螺子部を挿通させる雄螺子挿通孔と、前記雄螺子挿通孔の周囲で前記挟持方向に沿って互いに対向配置された対向壁面と、を有し、
前記第1挟持部材の前記対向壁面と前記第2挟持部材の前記対向壁面の内の何れか一方は、前記挟持方向で対向配置された相手方の前記対向壁面に向けて前記雄螺子挿通孔と同心の環状に突出させ、前記環状展開部の径方向の外側の端部を係止する係止突出部を有することを特徴とした請求項1,2又は3に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記第1挟持部材と前記第2挟持部材の内の前記係止突出部を有するものにおける前記環状挟持部は、前記挟持方向で対向配置された相手方の前記環状挟持部に向けて同心の環状に突出させた環状突出部を有することを特徴とした請求項4に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記端子金具と前記電線の組み合わせを複数組備え、
前記第1及び第2の挟持部材は、各々、全ての前記電線の前記環状展開部毎の前記環状挟持部を有し、
前記副シールド体は、前記端子金具及び前記電線の組み合わせ毎の前記第1収容室と、全ての前記電線の前記環状展開部を前記第1及び第2の挟持部材と共に収容する前記第2収容室と、を有することを特徴とした請求項1から5の内の何れか1つに記載のコネクタ。 - 電線と、
相手方コネクタの相手方端子に対して電気的に接続される電気接続部及び前記電線の端末に対して電気的に接続される電線接続部を有する端子金具と、
前記電気接続部を内方の収容空間に収容し、かつ、前記電線接続部を前記電線の端末と共に外方に突出させる絶縁性の収容体と、
前記収容体を外方から覆う主シールド体、及び、前記電線接続部と前記電線の端末とを外方から覆う副シールド体を有する導電性のシールド部材と、
前記電線の端末における剥き出しの編組を挟持する導電性の第1及び第2の挟持部材と、
を備え、
前記副シールド体は、前記電線接続部と前記電線の端末における剥き出しの芯線とを外方から覆う第1収容室と、前記電線の端末における剥き出しの前記編組と前記第1及び第2の挟持部材とを外方から覆う第2収容室と、を有し、
前記第1及び第2の挟持部材は、剥き出しの前記編組が径方向の外側へと環状に展開された前記編組の環状展開部を前記電線の端末の軸線に沿って挟持する部材であり、前記環状展開部を挟み込む環状挟持部を各々有すると共に、前記シールド部材に対して前記環状展開部の挟持方向に沿って押し付けて固定することを特徴としたコネクタ付き電線。
