Claims (4)
- 原水をヒートポンプで加熱した後、逆浸透膜装置で膜分離処理する逆浸透処理方法において、
該ヒートポンプの熱源流体の少なくとも一部として該逆浸透膜装置の濃縮水を用い、
該逆浸透膜装置の濃縮水の少なくとも一部を冷却塔に補給水として供給することを特徴とする逆浸透処理方法。 - 請求項1において、前記ヒートポンプの熱源流体の一部として、他の逆浸透膜装置の濃縮水を用いることを特徴とする逆浸透処理方法。
- 請求項1又は2において、原水は、上水、井水又は工業用水であることを特徴とする逆浸透処理方法。
- 原水をヒートポンプで加熱した後、逆浸透膜装置で膜分離処理する逆浸透処理装置において、
該ヒートポンプの熱源流体の少なくとも一部として該逆浸透膜装置の濃縮水を通水する手段と、
該逆浸透膜装置の濃縮水の少なくとも一部を冷却塔に補給水として供給する手段とを備えたことを特徴とする逆浸透処理装置。
