Abstract
Description
-音響結合および/または冷却流体を閉じ込める可撓膜を装着する;
-プローブの不使用時において、超音波保護体を保護する;および
-超音波変換器を較正する。
-固定リングがボディに螺子留めされたとき、ワッシャは、可撓膜に押圧力が及ぶよう横方向の動きの自由(freedom to move laterally)が制限された状態で、固定リングに取り付けられる;
-ワッシャは、C形状領域である環状凹部の内側において固定リング内で固定される;
-可撓膜に接触したシーリングガスケット;
-ワッシャには、シーリングガスケットが取り付けられる;
-ワッシャは、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンでできている;および
-筋または相補的な筋は、連続的な要素の形状を有していてもよく、または、スタッドのような不連続的な要素の形状を有していてもよい。
Claims (13)
- 前方において放射面(4)を有する超音波変換器(3)を含むボディ(2)を備えた超音波生成源であって、前記ボディ(2)は、筒状壁(6)によって規定された開口(5)であって、該開口(5)に向かって前記超音波変換器(3)の前記放射面(4)が面するように設けられた開口(5)を含み、前記筒状壁(6)の外面には、螺子組み合わせシステムの少なくとも1つの筋(17)であって、前記ボディに可撓膜(8)を固定する固定リング(15)、保護カバー(30)、または、位置合わせシステム(36)が取り付けられたリング(35)、のいずれかにおける少なくとも1つの相補的な筋(16)と協働する少なくとも1つの筋(17)が設けられている、超音波生成源。
- 前記筒状壁(6)の端部には環状リム(6a)が設けられており、前記環状リム(6a)に前記可撓膜(8)が押し当てられる、請求項1に記載の超音波生成源。
- 前記固定リング(15)は、前記可撓膜(8)の一部が通過する中央通路(19)を有し、前記固定リング(15)は、前記ボディに対して螺子留めされたとき、前記可撓膜(8)を、前記ボディ(2)にシール態様で押圧された状態で固定する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の超音波生成源。
- 前記固定リング(15)には、前記固定リング(15)における螺子留めの際に回転させられるのが防止されるよう前記固定リング(15)に対して自由に回転するように取り付けられたワッシャ(21)が設けられ、前記ワッシャは、前記固定リング(15)が前記ボディ(2)に螺子留めされたとき、前記可撓膜(8)に押圧力を及ぼす、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の超音波生成源。
- 前記固定リング(15)が前記ボディ(2)に螺子留めされたとき、前記ワッシャ(21)は、前記可撓膜(8)に押圧力が及ぶよう横方向の動きの自由が制限された状態で、前記固定リング(15)に取り付けられる、請求項4に記載の超音波生成源。
- 前記ワッシャ(21)は、C形状領域である環状凹部(22)の内側において前記固定リング(15)内で固定される、請求項4または請求項5に記載の超音波生成源。
- 前記ワッシャ(21)には、前記可撓膜(8)に接触したシーリングガスケットが取り付けられる、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の超音波生成源。
- 前記ワッシャ(21)は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンでできている、請求項4〜7のいずれか一項に記載の超音波生成源。
- 前記筋(17)または前記相補的な筋(16)は、連続的な要素の形状を有していてもよく、または、スタッドのような不連続的な要素の形状を有していてもよい、いずれかの先行する請求項に記載の超音波生成源。
- 前記ボディ(2)の前記筋(17)は、保護カバー(30)の相補的な筋(16)と協働する、先行する請求項1に記載の超音波生成源。
- 前記ボディ(2)の前記筋(17)は、特に較正工程における使用に適した位置合わせシステム(36)が取り付けられたリング(35)の前記相補的な筋(16)と協働する、請求項1に記載の超音波生成源。
- 螺子組み合わせシステムの少なくとも1つの筋(17)が外面に設けられた筒状壁(6)を有するボディを備えた請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の超音波生成源を備えた超音波生成組み合わせ体であって、前記組み合わせ体は、さらに、装備品として、可撓膜を固定する固定リング(15)、保護カバー(30)、および、位置合わせシステム(36)が取り付けられたリング(35)を備え、各装備品は、前記生成源の前記ボディの前記筒状壁(6)の前記筋(17)と協働する相補的な筋(16)を含む、組み合わせ体。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の超音波生成源(1)を含むことを特徴とする、超音波処理装置。
