Claims (7)
- 弁室の一部を構成する弁座と、
前記弁室内に設置され、前記弁座に対して接離方向へ移動する弁体と、
前記弁体を移動させるアクチュエータと、
前記アクチュエータの動力を前記弁体に伝達するプランジャとを備え、
前記弁体及び前記プランジャが、前記弁体及び前記弁座の接触に伴う前記プランジャの傾斜を抑制する傾斜抑制突起を介して接触していることを特徴とする流体制御弁。 - 前記弁体及び前記プランジャのいずれか一方又は双方に前記傾斜抑制突起が設けられている請求項1記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記傾斜抑制突起が、曲面状になっている請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記傾斜抑制突起の頂点が、前記弁体及び前記プランジャの軸上に位置する請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記弁体を収容する弁室の少なくとも一部を構成し、前記プランジャの周面に接続されるダイアフラムをさらに備え、
前記ダイアフラムが、前記弁室側を向く第1平面と前記弁室と反対側を向く第2平面とを有し、
前記第2平面が、前記プランジャの径方向に対し、前記第1平面の外縁又は当該外縁よりも外側まで延伸している請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の流体制御弁。 - 前記弁体を支持する弾性体をさらに備え、
前記弾性体が、前記プランジャによって前記弁体が押圧された状態で、前記弁体を前記プランジャ側へ押圧するように構成されている請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の流体制御弁。 - 前記請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の流体制御弁を備えた流体制御装置。
