Claims (8)
- 弁座に対して接離方向へ移動できるように設置された弁体をアクチュエータによって移動させる流体制御弁であって、
前記弁体と前記アクチュエータとの間に介在し、前記アクチュエータの動力を前記弁体に伝達するプランジャと、
前記プランジャの周面に接続されたダイアフラムとを具備し、
前記プランジャが、
前記ダイアフラムに接続された第1分割体と、
前記第1分割体よりも前記アクチュエータ側に配置されると共に、ネジ部材がネジ止めされる第2分割体とを備え、
前記第2分割体が、前記第1分割体に対し、その周方向へ回転できるように構成されていることを特徴とする流体制御弁。 - 前記弁座に対する前記弁体の位置を示す出力値を出力する位置センサをさらに具備している請求項1記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記位置センサが、
前記弁座との位置が変化しないように固定される第1センサ部と、
前記第2分割体に対して前記ネジ部材を介して固定される第2センサ部とを備え、
前記第1センサ部及び前記第2センサ部の相対位置に基づき前記出力値を出力するものである請求項2記載の流体制御弁。 - 前記第2分割体を前記アクチュエータ側へ押圧する弾性体をさらに具備し、
前記弾性体が、前記ダイアフラムが前記弁体側へ撓むように前記プランジャが移動した状態において、前記第2分割体を押圧するように構成されている請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の流体制御弁。 - 前記第2分割体が、前記第1分割体に対し、前記プランジャの軸方向へ所定距離スライドできるように構成されている請求項4記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記プランジャが、前記第1分割体及び前記第2分割体を含む複数の分割体に分割されており、
前記第2分割体が、当該第2分割体に隣接する他の分割体と連結するものであり、
前記第2分割体又は前記他の分割体のいずれか一方に連結凸部が設けられていると共に、他方に当該連結凸部が連結される連結凹部が設けられており、
前記連結凸部の外周面又は前記連結凹部の内周面のいずれか一方に嵌合片が設けられていると共に、他方に当該嵌合片が嵌り込む嵌合溝が設けられており、
前記嵌合片及び前記嵌合溝の少なくとも一方が前記プランジャの周方向に周回するように形成されており、
前記連結凸部及び前記連結凹部を連結し、前記嵌合片及び前記嵌合溝を嵌め合わせた状態で、前記第2分割体が、前記他方の分割体に設けられた前記嵌合片又は前記嵌合溝に沿って回転するように構成されている請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の流体制御弁。 - 前記嵌合溝の前記プランジャの軸方向に対する幅が、前記嵌合片の前記プランジャの軸方向に対する幅よりも所定距離長くなっており、
前記連結凸部及び前記連結凹部を連結し、前記嵌合片及び前記嵌合溝を嵌め合わせた状態で、前記第2分割体が、前記他方の分割体に設けられた前記嵌合片又は前記嵌合溝に沿って前記所定距離スライドするように構成されている請求項6記載の流体制御弁。 - 前記請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の流体制御弁を備えた流体制御装置。
