Abstract
Description
図1は、本開示の実施形態1に係るハイドロカーボン回収設備1を示している。ハイドロカーボン回収設備1は、石炭ガス化複合発電プラントにおいて石炭をガス化して得られる生成ガスを冷却するための水洗塔2と、水洗塔2の塔底に連通する配管6に設けられたオートストレーナ3と、配管6を介してオートストレーナ3に連通する油水混合器4と、配管7を介して油水混合器4に連通する油水分離器5とを備えている。
供給管13を介して水洗塔2に供給された生成ガスが水洗塔2内を上昇する際に、給水管11を介して塔頂から水洗塔2に供給された水及び循環配管14を流通した水と接触することにより、生成ガスが冷却される。冷却された生成ガスは、塔頂から水洗塔2を流出して流出管12を流通し、後続の設備に流入する。
次に、実施形態2に係るハイドロカーボン回収設備について説明する。実施形態2に係るハイドロカーボン回収設備は、実施形態1に対して、油水混合器4において油水混合液の生成を促進させるための構成を付加したものである。尚、実施形態2において、実施形態1の構成要件と同じものは同じ参照符号を付し、その詳細な説明は省略する。

Claims (5)
- ガスと水とを接触させて、前記ガスに含まれるハイドロカーボンを前記水中に析出させる水洗塔と、
前記ハイドロカーボンが混入した水から該水の一部と共に前記ハイドロカーボンを連続的に除去するオートストレーナと、
前記オートストレーナによって除去された前記ハイドロカーボン及び前記水と有機溶媒とが混合されて油水混合液を調製する油水混合器と、
前記油水混合器で調製された前記油水混合液を油相と水相とに分離する油水分離器と
を備えるハイドロカーボン回収設備。 - 前記油水混合器は撹拌機を含む、請求項1に記載のハイドロカーボン回収設備。
- 前記有機溶媒は可燃性である、請求項1または2に記載のハイドロカーボン回収設備。
- 前記有機溶媒は、灯油、軽油、アセトン、アントラセン油、又はクレオソート油である、請求項3に記載のハイドロカーボン回収設備。
- 前記ガスは、石炭をガス化して得られる生成ガスである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のハイドロカーボン回収設備。
