Description
Claims (3)
- 副腎用静脈に挿入される高周波治療用カテーテルであって、
可撓性を有するチューブと、
前記チューブを貫通し、ガイドワイヤを通過させるためのガイドワイヤ用ルーメンと、
前記チューブの遠位端に設けられ、高周波熱により組織を焼灼するための針状の電極部と、
前記電極部の近傍の組織温度を測定するための温度センサと、
前記温度センサに接続され、前記チューブに挿通される電線と、
前記チューブ内に配置され、前記電極部を冷却するための冷媒が循環される1本または複数本の冷媒導入管と、
を備え、
前記電極部の基部から先端に至るテーパ状の外表面に前記電極部の中心軸に沿って延在する溝が設けられ、
前記電線が遠位部分で屈曲した形状を有し、屈曲部より遠位側の前記電線の少なくとも一部が前記溝に埋め込まれ、前記温度センサが前記溝の遠位端に埋め込まれていることを特徴とする高周波治療用カテーテル。 - 前記溝の遠位部分に他の部分より深い凹部が設けられ、
前記凹部に前記電線の外径より大きい前記温度センサが嵌め込まれている請求項1に記載の高周波治療用カテーテル。 - 前記電極部は、先端カット面を3面有し、
前記ガイドワイヤ用ルーメンの遠位側開口が前記先端カット面の2面を切り欠くように設けられた貫通孔と連通し、
前記先端カット面の残りの1面に前記溝、前記電線の一部および前記温度センサが設けられている請求項1または2に記載の高周波治療用カテーテル。
