Abstract
Description
第1軟磁性薄帯および第2軟磁性薄帯として、厚さが0.02mmの完全結晶化(100%)されたナノ結晶軟磁性合金の薄帯を用い、補強部と積層部を備えた積層体からなる固定子(積層コア)を製作した。次に、積層コアのスロットに、インシュレータを介して巻線を挿入し、巻線を曲げる巻線工程を行ってモータを製作した。その結果、補強部によって積層コアの損傷が回避され、従来の磁性板の積層体を固定子として用いたモータと比較して、生産性が向上するとともに低損失化を達成することができた。
第1軟磁性薄帯および第2軟磁性薄帯として、厚さが0.02mmの完全結晶化されたナノ結晶軟磁性合金の薄帯を用い、補強部と積層部を備えた積層体からなる固定子(積層コア)を製作した。なお、本実施例では、積層部の一部にも、補強部と同様に、硬化性樹脂を含浸させた。次に、積層コアのスロットに、インシュレータを介して巻線を挿入し、巻線を曲げる巻線工程を行ってモータを製作した。その結果、補強部によって積層コアの損傷が回避され、従来の磁性板の積層体を固定子として用いたモータと比較して、生産性が向上するとともに低損失化を達成することができた。
実施例1および実施例2と同様に、厚さが0.02mmの完全結晶化されたナノ結晶軟磁性合金の薄帯を用い、補強部を省略して、積層部のみを備えた積層体からなる固定子(積層コア)を製作した。次に、積層コアのスロットに、インシュレータを介して巻線を挿入し、巻線を曲げる巻線工程を行った。その結果、積層部のみからなる積層コアが損傷し、モータを製作することができなかった。
実施例1および実施例2と同様に、厚さが0.02mmの完全結晶化されたナノ結晶軟磁性合金の薄帯を用い、補強部を省略して、積層部を製作した。次に、積層部を硬化性樹脂に浸漬させ、積層された薄帯の間に硬化性樹脂を含浸させるとともに積層された薄帯の全体を硬化性樹脂によって被覆し、その後、硬化性樹脂を硬化させ、樹脂含浸された積層部のみの積層体からなる固定子(積層コア)を製作した。

Claims (3)
- 第1軟磁性薄帯を積層させた積層部と、
前記積層部の前記第1軟磁性薄帯の積層方向両端に設けられた補強部と、を備え、
前記補強部は、前記第1軟磁性薄帯の積層方向に積層された第2軟磁性薄帯と、該第2軟磁性薄帯の全体を被覆するとともに互いに隣接する前記第2軟磁性薄帯の間に含浸された硬化性樹脂と、を有することを特徴とする軟磁性薄帯の積層体。 - 前記第1軟磁性薄帯と前記第2軟磁性薄帯は、同一の軟磁性薄帯であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軟磁性薄帯の積層体。
- 前記積層部は、互いに隣接する前記第1軟磁性薄帯の間に絶縁被膜を有し、前記積層方向の両端の前記第1軟磁性薄帯が前記補強部の前記硬化性樹脂に面していることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の軟磁性薄帯の積層体。
