Claims (15)
- 高電流印加用コンタクトアセンブリであって、
電気回路基板(3)と、
長手方向に突出する非可撓性導体ロッド(1)であって、前記回路基板(3)と電気デバイスとの間に30アンペア(Ampere)超過、特に50アンペア超過の電流を伝送する、前記非可撓性導体ロッド(1)と、
前記回路基板(3)に固定される収容部材(2)と、を含み、
前記収容部材(2)は、前記導体ロッド(1)を保持し、前記導体ロッド(1)と前記回路基板(3)との間で前記電流を伝送し、
前記収容部材(2)は、複数の弾性変形可能な舌部(5)を含み、前記舌部(5)は、前記導体ロッド(1)の周りに円周方向に配置され、機械的支持だけでなく、前記導体ロッド(1)と前記収容部材(2)との間に電気的接触を提供することを特徴とする、コンタクトアセンブリ。 - 前記収容部材(2)は、一体品として設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンタクトアセンブリ。
- 前記収容部材(2)は、特に表面実装デバイス(SMD)の形態で、半田付けによって前記回路基板(3)の導電路に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のコンタクトアセンブリ。
- 前記収容部材(2)は、板金部品として形成され、特に前記板金の厚さは1mm未満、より特に0.6mm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のコンタクトアセンブリ。
- 前記収容部材(2)は、前記導体ロッド(1)の長手方向(L)の周りに円周方向に曲げられたベースリング(4)と、前記ベースリング(4)の一側面から突出する複数の舌部(tongue)(5)と、特に前記ベースリング(4)の反対側面から突出する複数の接触タブ(8)と、を含み、前記接触タブ(8)は、前記回路基板(3)に固定式に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のコンタクトアセンブリ。
- 前記導体ロッド(1)は、特に円形の基本的に一定の断面を有し、前記断面は、8mm2超過、特に18mm2超過の導電性サイズを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のコンタクトアセンブリ。
- 前記導体ロッド(1)は、弾性的にロードされた舌部(5)によって保持されかつ接触されながら、公差の間隔の周りに長手方向(L)に沿って連続的に移動することができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のコンタクトアセンブリ。
- 前記弾性的にロードされた舌部(5)の各々は、前記導体ロッド(1)から距離を置いて位置される第1の端部(6)、及び前記導体ロッド(1)と当接する第2の端部(7)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のコンタクトアセンブリ。
- 前記回路基板(3)は、開口部(10)を含み、前記収容部材(2)は、前記開口部(10)に配置され、前記導体ロッド(1)は、前記開口部(10)を通って突出することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のコンタクトアセンブリ。
- 前記舌部(5)は、前記回路基板(3)の第1の側面上で前記導体ロッド(1)を保持し、前記収容部材(2)は、反対側面上で前記回路(3)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のコンタクトアセンブリ。
- 少なくとも前記舌部(5)、または前記導体ロッド(1)、特に前記舌部(5)及び前記導体ロッド(1)の両方は、少なくとも銀からなる表面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のコンタクトアセンブリ。
- 少なくとも前記収容部材(2)のコアは、銅系合金、特にIACS(International Annealed Copper Standard)の少なくとも70%の導電率を有する銅系合金から製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のコンタクトアセンブリ。
- 前記合金は、熱応力緩和のために最適化され、80%超過、特に85%超過の残留応力が9.0のラーソンミラーパラメータ(Larson−Miller−parameter)で達成されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のコンタクトアセンブリ。
- 前記電気デバイスは、特に燃焼機関用チャージャーを駆動するための電気モーターであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のコンタクトアセンブリ。
- 燃焼機関用チャージャーであって、電気モーターによって駆動される圧縮デバイスを含み、前記電気モーターは、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のコンタクトアセンブリによって電源に接続されることを特徴とする、燃焼機関用チャージャー。
