Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つの成分入口(3、4)および1つの成分出口(5)を有する噴射ノズル収容部(2)を備えている成分混合噴射体であって、軸方向(a)に動く噴射針(7)が前記噴射ノズル収容部(2)内の受容部(6)に配置され、前記噴射針は、軸方向端部(8)が前記成分出口(5)の領域で密閉状態で前記噴射ノズル収容部(2)に当接でき、前記噴射針(7)は、前記噴射ノズル収容部(2)内に固定されている膜(9)と結合し、前記噴射ノズル収容部(2)内の前記膜(9)の面には圧力室(10)が構成され、前記圧力室は前記噴射針(7)の前記軸方向端部(8)から離れている、成分混合噴射体において、
前記膜(9)は、前記噴射針(7)に対する保持部材として設計され、前記噴射針(7)を前記受容部(6)内で軸方向(a)に案内し、前記噴射針を前記受容部内で径方向(r)に保持し、前記膜(9)と前記噴射針(7)の前記軸方向端部(8)との間の前記軸方向領域には、前記成分出口(5)の領域にある前記噴射針(7)に対する支持部材が一切ない
ことを特徴とする、成分混合噴射体(1)。 - 前記膜(9)と、前記噴射ノズル収容部(2)内の前記受容部(6)と前記噴射針(7)との間にある少なくとも成分入口(3、4)との間の前記軸方向領域には、遮るもののない環状間隙(11)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成分混合噴射体。
- 前記噴射ノズル収容部(2)は、2つの成分入口(3、4)を有し、前記成分入口は、前記噴射ノズル収容部(2)内の直径上に対向して配置され、前記噴射針(7)の中央軸は、前記2つの成分入口(3、4)の間の接続線によって切断されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の成分混合噴射体。
- 前記膜(9)は、前記径方向外側領域(12)に軸方向(a)の肉厚部分(13)を有し、径方向内側領域(14)、特に前記噴射針(7)との接触領域には、軸方向(a)の肉厚部分(15)を有し、前記膜(9)の厚み(D)は、前記径方向外側領域と前記径方向内側領域(12、14)との間に構成される中間領域(16)では、少なくとも断面が軸方向(a)に薄くなっていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の成分混合噴射体。
- 前記膜(9)の少なくとも一方の面(17、18)は、前記中間領域(16)の前記径方向断面が、好ましくは前記膜(9)の両面で凹状に設計されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の成分混合噴射体。
- 前記膜(9)の前記中間領域(16)に対する前記噴射ノズル収容部(2)内の少なくとも一方の接触面(19、20)は、前記径方向断面が凸状に設計されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の成分混合噴射体。
- 前記膜(9)は、前記噴射針(7)が前記成分出口(5)の領域で密閉状態で前記噴射ノズル収容部(2)と接触する位置で、前記噴射ノズル収容部(2)内の前記接触面(19)と応力なしで接触することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の成分混合噴射体。
- 前記噴射針(7)は、前記噴射針の一方の軸方向端部領域で前記膜(9)と結合していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の成分混合噴射体。
- 前記噴射針(7)は、前記膜(9)を貫通し、径方向に支持されているが前記噴射ノズル収容部(2)内で軸方向に動くことが可能で、その断面では、前記成分出口(5)から離れている側で前記膜(9)を超えて延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の成分混合噴射体。
- 前記噴射ノズル収容部(2)内での前記噴射針(7)の支持は、ローラベアリング(21)、特にボールライニングを用いて行われることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の成分混合噴射体。
