転炉を同時に2炉操業しているとすると、1日の操業回数は、

Claims (3)
- 炉鉄皮の内周壁面に設けられた不定形耐火物層と、
前記炉鉄皮及び前記不定形耐火物層を貫通した状態で前記炉鉄皮に装着された羽口パイプと、
前記羽口パイプの周囲に設けられた金属リング部材と、
前記不定形耐火物層との間に前記金属リング部材を介在させた状態で、前記羽口パイプの周囲に配置された羽口レンガと、
を備えた銅製錬転炉。 - 前記金属リング部材は、前記不定形耐火物層に埋設された請求項1に記載の銅製錬転炉。
- 前記羽口パイプは、室温において、前記金属リング部材の開口部との間に隙間を有する外径を有すると共に、前記銅製錬転炉の操業温度域において前記金属リング部材の前記開口部と密着する熱膨張率を有する請求項1又は2に記載の銅製錬転炉。
