Claims (7)
- 負荷機構を駆動して試験対象に試験力を与える材料試験において物理量検出器が検出した信号を処理する制御装置と、試験結果を表示する表示装置と、を備える材料試験機であって、
前記制御装置は、
前記物理量検出器からの入力信号をデジタル化した生データからノイズを除去するフィルタ処理部と、
前記フィルタ処理部において前記生データに適用するフィルタ条件を設定するフィルタ設定部と、
前記生データと前記フィルタ処理部においてフィルタ処理された処理データとを、同一スケールで、かつ、異なる態様で前記表示装置に重畳表示する表示制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とする材料試験機。 - 請求項1に記載の材料試験機において、
前記表示制御部は、複数の物理量検出器からの異なる入力信号に基づく前記生データと前記処理データとを、それぞれの物理量において同一スケールで、かつ、異なる態様で前記表示装置に重畳表示する材料試験機。 - 請求項1に記載の材料試験機において、
前記表示制御部は、異なるフィルタ条件で処理した複数のデータを、同一スケールで、かつ、異なる態様で前記表示装置に重畳表示する材料試験機。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の材料試験機において、
前記異なる態様は、異なる色相、異なる明度、異なる彩度、または、異なる線種による表現である材料試験機。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の材料試験機において、
前記物理量検出器は、試験対象に作用する試験力を検出する力検出器、および/または、試験対象に生じた変位を検出する変位計である材料試験機。 - 請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の材料試験機において、
前記制御装置は、前記処理データから着目点を検出する着目点検出部を備え、
前記表示制御部は、前記着目点を前記表示装置に表示する材料試験機。 - 請求項6に記載の材料試験機において、
前記制御装置は、前記着目点検出部が検出した前記着目点の位置を変更する着目点変更部を備える材料試験機。
