Abstract

Claims (13)
- 加熱室と、
前記加熱室の外周に巻設され、少なくとも第1のコイルと第2のコイルを含み、前記第1のコイルと前記第2のコイルが前記加熱室の外周の前記加熱室の軸方向に沿って延在される2つの異なる部分に巻設され、前記加熱室の2つの異なる部分での加熱速度が異なるように、前記第1のコイルの巻き数が前記第2のコイルの巻き数よりも多いである電磁誘導コイルと、
を備えることを特徴とする加熱装置。 - 前記第1のコイルが前記加熱室の一端に設けられ、前記第2のコイルが前記加熱室のもう一端に設けられ、前記加熱室の両端での加熱速度が異なるように、前記第1のコイルの巻き数が前記第2のコイルの巻き数よりも多いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記電磁誘導コイルは更に、前記第1のコイルと前記第2のコイルにそれぞれ接続される接続コイルを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記第1のコイルと前記第2のコイルは、同一のワイヤを巻いて形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記加熱装置は更に、
前記加熱室と前記電磁誘導コイルの外周に設けられると共に、前記電磁誘導コイルの螺旋方向に沿って伸び、前記電磁誘導コイルの磁力線方向を変更させるための常磁性体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱装置。 - 前記加熱室は更に、金属で作製される加熱筒と巻きボビンを含み、前記加熱筒が発煙物質を収納するためのものであり、前記巻きボビンがスリーブとして前記加熱筒に設けられ、前記電磁誘導コイルが前記巻きボビンに巻設され、前記常磁性体が前記巻きボビンに設けられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記加熱室は巻きボビン、金属で作製される加熱挿入部材とホルダーを含み、前記加熱挿入部材は発煙物質に挿入するためのものであり、前記加熱挿入部材が前記ホルダーに設けられ、前記巻きボビンがスリーブとして前記加熱挿入部材と前記ホルダーに設けられ、前記電磁誘導コイルが前記巻きボビンに巻設され、前記常磁性体が前記巻きボビンに設けられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記巻きボビンには溝が設けられ、前記溝が第1の溝と第2の溝を含み、前記第1のコイルの一部が前記第1の溝に埋め込まれ、前記第2のコイルの一部が前記第2の溝に埋め込まれることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記常磁性体は押圧部、第1の固定部と第2の固定部を含み、前記第1の固定部と第2の固定部がそれぞれ前記押圧部の両端に設けられ、前記第1の固定部が前記加熱室の一端に固定され、前記第2の固定部が前記加熱室のもう一端に固定され、前記電磁誘導コイルが前記押圧部と前記加熱室により挟まれることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記常磁性体の数は複数であり、複数の前記常磁性体が前記加熱室の四周に均一に配布されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記常磁性体は中空でその一端に開口が設けられるスリーブ接続部材であり、前記常磁性体がスリーブとして前記加熱室に設けられ、前記電磁誘導コイルが前記常磁性体と前記加熱室により挟まれることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記常磁性体はマンガンフェライト、亜鉛フェライト、ニッケル亜鉛フェライト、及びマンガンマグネシウム亜鉛フェライトの中の1つ又は複数の材料で作製されることを特徴とする請求項5〜11のいずれか一項に記載の加熱装置。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の加熱装置と、
前記加熱装置の前記電磁誘導コイルに電気的に接続され、前記電磁誘導コイルに交番の電流を与えるための電源モジュールと、
を備えることを特徴とする喫煙具。
