Abstract
Description
X(k)=Σn=0 N-1x(n)・exp(−2πknj/N) …(1)
に従い離散フーリエ変換を行い、凹凸の波長(凹凸ピッチ)成分Lと波高(振幅:凹凸高さ)成分Hの関係を解析した。比較参考のために、鏡面仕上げを行った場合についてもフーリエ解析を行い、F研磨との比較を行った。なお(1)式において、x(n)は、鋼板表面を探針センサで所定の長さ(距離)方向に走査した場合に、所定のサンプリング間隔の点で探針センサにより計測される高さ方向の値(表面の凹凸を表す)、すなわち、総サンプリング数N中のn番目のディジタルサンプリング値である。また、kは、単位長当たりの波数(空間周波数)f[回/μm]に対応する値であり(k=0,1,2,…,N−1)、全計測距離をD[μm]とすると、k=fDで表される。

Claims (6)
- 飲料の液質を改変する液質改変装置であって、飲料が接触する面の一部あるいは全部に所定の凹凸が形成されていることを特徴とする液質改変装置。
- 前記所定の凹凸は、波長が1μm以下の範囲において平均の波高対波長比が0.0001以上の凹凸であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液質改変装置。
- 前記所定の凹凸は、飲料の流路に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の液質改変装置。
- 前記所定の凹凸は、飲料の流路中に設けられた部材に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の液質改変装置。
- 前記所定の凹凸は、飲料の収容部内面の一部又は全部に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の液質改変装置。
- 前記所定の凹凸は、飲料の液中に存在する部材の表面の一部又は全部に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の液質改変装置。
