Claims (15)
- 下面側に液体が流れる第1流路を有する処理部と,空気を制御する駆動部と,前記処理部と前記駆動部間に配置された弾性膜と,前記弾性膜が前記処理部側へ密着するか前記駆動部側へ密着するかを切り替える空気圧制御部と,を備え,
前記処理部は,前記駆動部が配置された側とは反対側に形成された空気が流れる第2流路と,前記第2流路上に形成された密封膜と,各々が前記第2流路にて接続され,空気及び液体を貯める複数の容器とを有し,
複数の前記容器内の空気は前記第2流路を介して流れる,
ことを特徴とする試料処理装置。 - 請求項1記載の試料処理装置であって,
前記駆動部は,前記処理部が配置された側に凹部を有する,
ことを特徴とする試料処理装置。 - 請求項2記載の試料処理装置であって,
前記空気圧制御部は,前記凹部内の空気の加圧及び減圧制御と連動して,前記第1流路内と前記第2流路内の空気圧を制御する,
ことを特徴とする試料処理装置。 - 請求項2又は3記載の試料処理装置であって,
前記複数の容器間には,前記駆動部の前記凹部が少なくとも3つ形成されている,
ことを特徴とする試料処理装置。 - 請求項1乃至3の何れか一項記載の試料処理装置であって,
複数の前記容器は,試料用ウエル,空気とり込み用ウエル,試料廃棄用ウエル,撹拌用ウエル,試薬用ウエル,混合液排気用ウエルを含む,
ことを特徴とする試料処理装置。 - 請求項1乃至3の何れか一項記載の試料処理装置であって,
前記処理部は,液体の定量のための定量流路と,当該定量流路から分岐した少なくとも4つの分岐流路を備え,
前記駆動部は,4つの前記分岐流路における前記定量流路側でない端部のそれぞれの下方に凹部を有し,
4つの当該凹部は,前記空気圧制御部に連通している,
ことを特徴とする試料処理装置。 - 請求項6記載の試料処理装置であって,
4つの前記分岐流路の2つは液体を送液する送液流路であり,残りの2つは空気を送る送気流路である,
ことを特徴とする試料処理装置。 - 請求項7記載の試料処理装置であって,
前記送液流路の上流側または下流側には,更に一組の流路及び凹部を有し,且つ前記送気流路の上流側または下流側には,更に一組の流路及び凹部を有し,当該凹部は前記空気圧制御部に連通している,
ことを特徴とする試料処理装置。 - 請求項7記載の試料処理装置であって,
前記送液流路の上流側または下流側には,更に二組の流路及び凹部を有し,且つ前記送気流路の上流側または下流側には,更に二組の流路及び凹部を有し,当該凹部は前記空気圧制御部に連通している,
ことを特徴とする試料処理装置。 - 請求項8又は9記載の試料処理装置であって,
前記空気圧制御部によって,前記弾性膜の動きを制御し,前記送液流路を用いて前記定量流路に液体を満たし,その後,前記送気流路を用いて,定量流路内の液体を下流側に流す,
ことを特徴とする試料処理装置。 - 請求項1乃至3の何れか一項記載の試料処理装置であって,
複数の前記容器の一つは,複数の液体を撹拌するための撹拌用ウエルである,
ことを特徴とする試料処理装置。 - 請求項11記載の試料処理装置であって,
前記撹拌用ウエルから分岐させた,第一,第二の液体流路を有し,
前記駆動部は,前記第一,第二の液体流路における前記撹拌用ウエル側でない端部のそれぞれの下方に凹部を有し,
2つの当該凹部は,前記空気圧制御部に連通している,
ことを特徴とする試料処理装置。 - 請求項12に記載の試料処理装置であって,
前記駆動部は,撹拌入口の前記凹部を減圧し,前記第一の液体流路を用いて,前記撹拌用ウエルで合流させた複数の液体の吸引後に,撹拌出口の前記凹部を減圧し,前記撹拌用ウエルから前記第二の液体流路への前記複数の液体の吸引を開始する,
ことを特徴とする試料処理装置。 - 請求項13に記載の試料処理装置であって,
前記駆動部は,前記撹拌用ウエルから前記第二の液体流路への前記複数の液体の吸引後に,撹拌入口の前記凹部を加圧し,前記第一の液体流路から前記撹拌用ウエルへ前記複数の液体を戻した後に,前記第二の液体流路から前記撹拌用ウエルへ前記複数の液体を戻す,
ことを特徴とする試料処理装置。 - 請求項14に記載の試料処理装置であって,
前記駆動部は,前記第一の液体流路,前記第二の液体流路への前記液体の吸引と,前記第一の液体流路,前記第二の液体流路からの前記液体の戻しを繰り返す,
ことを特徴とする試料処理装置。
