Claims (20)
- A流体とB流体が互いに熱交換できるように内部にA流体流路およびB流体流路が形成された印刷基板型熱交換器(100)であって、
平面上からみて、互いに交差する方向に形成された前記A流体流路(103)と前記B流体流路(104)がそれぞれ形成されたAチャンネルプレート(101)とBチャンネルプレート(102)が2以上一方向に積層された構造を含み、前記A流体流路(103)を通過した前記A流体が熱交換された後、気化して気液分離部(130)に流動する気化器(110)と、
前記気化器(110)と過熱器(120)との間に装着され、前記気化器(110)を通して伝達された前記A流体中の気化した気体を前記過熱器(120)に伝達する気体出口(131)が一方の側に形成され、前記気化器(110)を通して伝達された前記A流体中の気化しなかった液体を外部に排出する液体出口(132)が一方の側に形成された前記気液分離部(130)と、
平面上からみて、互いに交差する方向に形成された前記A流体流路(103)と前記B流体流路(104)がそれぞれ形成された前記Aチャンネルプレート(101)と前記Bチャンネルプレート(102)が2以上一方向に積層された構造を含み、前記気液分離部(130)から伝達された気体が前記A流体流路(103)を通過し熱交換されて過熱した後、外部に排出される気体排出口(121)が一方の側に形成された前記過熱器(120)と、を含む印刷基板型熱交換器。 - 前記気化器(110)と前記気液分離部(130)との間には、第1中間プレート(141)が装着され、
前記第1中間プレート(141)は、前記気化器(110)を前記気液分離部(130)と分離し、
前記第1中間プレート(141)の一方の側には、A流体排出口(112)と前記気液分離部(130)とを互いに連通させる流体連通路(141−1)が形成されている請求項1に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。 - 前記気液分離部(130)と前記過熱器(120)との間には、第2中間プレート(142)が装着され、
前記第2中間プレート(142)は、前記過熱器(120)を前記気液分離部(130)と分離し、
前記第2中間プレート(142)の一方の側には、気化したA流体引込み口(114)と前記気液分離部(130)とを互いに連通させる流体連通路(142−1)が形成されている請求項1に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。 - 前記気液分離部(130)は、前記気化器(110)と前記過熱器(120)とを所定距離だけ離隔させるように所定長さの幅に形成され、内部に気体と液体を分離可能な空間を含む構造である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。
- 前記気液分離部(130)の内部空間の上部には、気体分離用バッフル(133)が装着されている請求項4に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。
- 前記気体分離用バッフル(133)は、前記気体出口(131)に隣接して装着されている請求項5に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。
- 前記気化器(110)は、前記気液分離部(130)の一方の側に脱着可能な構造で結束される請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。
- 前記過熱器(120)は、前記気液分離部(130)の他方の側に脱着可能な構造で結束される請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。
- 前記Aチャンネルプレート(101)に形成された前記A流体流路(103)は、複数の折曲構造を含む請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。
- 前記折曲構造は、平面上からみて、連続する「己」形状である請求項9に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。
- 前記A流体流路(103)および前記B流体流路(104)は、左右対称構造を形成し、それぞれの前記折曲構造が互いに当接して隣接するように配置される請求項9に記載の印刷基板型熱交換器。
- 平面上からみて、互いに交差する方向に形成されたA流体流路(103)とB流体流路(104)がそれぞれ形成されたAチャンネルプレート(101)とBチャンネルプレート(102)が2以上一方向に積層された構造を含み、前記A流体流路(103)を通過したA流体が熱交換された後、気化して気液分離部(130)に流動する気化器(110)と、
前記気化器(110)と過熱器(120)との間に装着され、前記気化器(110)を通して伝達された前記A流体中の気化した気体を前記過熱器(120)に伝達する気体出口(131)が一方の側に形成され、前記気化器(110)を通して伝達された前記A流体中の気化しなかった液体を外部に排出する液体出口(132)が一方の側に形成された前記気液分離部(130)と、
平面上からみて、互いに交差する方向に形成された前記A流体流路(103)と前記B流体流路(104)がそれぞれ形成された前記Aチャンネルプレート(101)と前記Bチャンネルプレート(102)が2以上一方向に積層された構造を含み、前記気液分離部(130)から伝達された気体が前記A流体流路(103)を通過し熱交換されて過熱した後、外部に排出される気体排出口(121)が一方の側に形成された前記過熱器(120)と、を含む気液分離器。 - 前記気化器(110)と前記気液分離部(130)との間には、第1中間プレート(141)が装着され、
前記第1中間プレート(141)は、前記気化器(110)を前記気液分離部(130)と分離し、
前記第1中間プレート(141)の一方の側には、A流体排出口(112)と前記気液分離部(130)とを互いに連通させる流体連通路(141−1)が形成されている請求項12に記載の気液分離器。 - 前記気液分離部(130)と前記過熱器(120)との間には、第2中間プレート(142)が装着され、
前記第2中間プレート(142)は、前記過熱器(120)を前記気液分離部(130)と分離し、
前記第2中間プレート(142)の一方の側には、気化したA流体引込み口(114)と前記気液分離部(130)とを互いに連通させる流体連通路(142−1)が形成されている請求項12に記載の気液分離器。 - 前記気液分離部(130)は、前記気化器(110)と前記過熱器(120)とを所定距離だけ離隔させるように所定長さの幅に形成され、内部に気体と液体を分離可能な空間を含む構造である請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の気液分離器。
- 前記気液分離部(130)の内部空間の上部には、気体分離用バッフル(133)が装着されている請求項15に記載の気液分離器。
- 前記気体分離用バッフル(133)は、前記気体出口(131)に隣接して装着されている請求項16に記載の気液分離器。
- 前記気化器(110)は、前記気液分離部(130)の一方の側に脱着可能な構造で結束される請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の気液分離器。
- 前記過熱器(120)は、前記気液分離部(130)の他方の側に脱着可能な構造で結束される請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の気液分離器。
- 前記Aチャンネルプレート(101)に形成された前記A流体流路(103)は、複数の折曲構造を含む請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の気液分離器。
