Claims (11)
- 電気モータ(1)、多段ギヤ機構、出力軸(2)、および少なくとも2つのハウジング半体(3、4、5)を備える、ビークル上の空力フラップを調整するための駆動装置であって、前記ギヤ機構が平歯車(7、11、14、15)および少なくとも1つのセルフロッキングギヤ段(S)を備えており、前記セルフロッキングギヤ段(S)が前記ギヤ機構の最初のギヤ段も最後のギヤ段も形成しないことを特徴とする、駆動装置。
- 前記セルフロッキングギヤ段(S)が最後から2番目のギヤ段を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- 安全カップリング(K)が前記セルフロッキングギヤ段(S)と前記出力軸(2)との間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- 少なくとも1つのギヤ段が前記安全カップリング(K)と前記出力軸(2)との間に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記駆動装置が二段歯車(6、7)を備え、前記二段歯車(6、7)が大歯車(6)と、前記大歯車(6)と同軸の小歯車(7)とを備え、前記安全カップリング(K)が前記大歯車(6)と前記小歯車(7)との間に作用することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記安全カップリング(K)が2つの歯車(6、7)からなり、前記2つの歯車(6、7)は、ロッキング輪郭部(8)を介して相互に連結され、スリーブ(9)上に位置し、かつ圧縮ばね(10)によって互いに押し付けられ、前記スリーブ(9)が固定軸上で自由に回転することができることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記出力軸(2)に回転可能に固定される出力ホイール(11)がばね荷重式プレテンションホイール(12)を備え、前記ばね荷重式プレテンションホイール(12)が、前記最後のギヤ段の歯面を変動荷重に対する強い衝撃から保護することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- 出力駆動部、特に前記出力軸(2)または前記出力軸(2)に回転可能に固定される出力ホイール(11)の回転角が測定によって検出されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記出力軸(2)の支持点(13)が、前記ハウジング部品のうちの1つ(3)のみによって完全に取り囲まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- ギヤ段の少なくとも1つのギヤ軸が1つのハウジング半体(3)内に押し込まれ、前記軸に作用するすべての半径方向力が前記ハウジング部品(3)だけによって支持されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記ギヤ軸が押し込まれる前記ハウジング半体(3)が、前記出力軸(2)を支持するものと同じであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の駆動装置。
