Claims (5)
- 加工対象物に円形状の穴を加工する加工方法であって、
加工対象物の穴の形状を取得する穴形状取得工程と、
前記穴形状取得工程で取得した穴の形状を目標円形状に対して反転した反転形状を取得する反転形状取得工程と、
前記反転形状取得工程で取得した反転形状に基づいて、前記穴を加工する反転形状加工工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする加工方法。 - 前記穴形状取得工程は、前記反転形状加工工程において用いる加工装置に備わった加工工具の位置情報に基づいて穴の形状を取得することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加工方法。
- 加工工具と、
前記加工工具を回転させる回転装置と、
前記加工工具の回転角度を取得する回転角度センサと、
前記加工工具を前記加工工具の回転軸と垂直な方向に移動させる駆動装置と、
前記加工工具の前記加工工具の回転軸と垂直な平面における位置情報を取得する位置センサと、
前記回転装置を制御するとともに、前記回転角度センサの取得する回転角度と前記位置センサの取得する位置情報に基づいて、前記駆動装置を制御する駆動制御部を含む制御装置と、を備える加工対象物に穴を加工する加工装置であって、
前記制御装置は、加工対象物の穴形状を取得する穴形状取得部と、
前記穴形状取得部で取得した穴形状を目標円形状に対して反転した反転形状を取得する反転形状取得部と、を含み、
前記駆動制御部は前記反転形状取得部が取得した反転形状に基づいて前記駆動装置を制御することを特徴とする加工装置。 - 前記穴形状取得部は、前記位置センサの取得する位置情報に基づいて、加工対象物の穴形状を取得することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の加工装置。
- 前記加工工具が一端部に設けられ、前記回転装置が他端部に設けられた回転工具と、
前記回転工具を回転自在に支持する軸頭と、を備え、
前記駆動装置が、前記軸頭を前記加工工具の回転軸と垂直な方向に移動させることで、前記加工工具を前記加工工具の回転軸と垂直な方向に移動させることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の加工装置。
