Claims (5)
- 励起光源を搭載した基板と、前記励起光源の光を透過させる光透過部及び前記基板に取り付けられる本体部を有するレンズと、有する光源ユニットにおいて、
前記本体部に突設された高耐熱性かつ弾性を有する第1熱膨張吸収部と、
前記第1熱膨張吸収部を介してレンズの本体部を基板に挟持した状態で前記基板に対して固定されるカバーと、を有することを特徴とする光源ユニット。 - 前記第1熱膨張吸収部が球面形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光源ユニット。
- 前記第1熱膨張吸収部がシリコンで形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の光源ユニット。
- 第1杭によって前記本体部及びカバーを基板に対して固定する杭止手段と、前記本体部または基板の一方に設けられた第2杭と、前記本体部または基板のもう一方に設けられて前記第2杭をスライド自在に保持する長孔と、を備えた第2熱膨張吸収部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のうちいずれかに記載の光源ユニット。
- 励起光源の光を透過させる光透過部及び前記基板に取り付けられる本体部を備えたレンズを前記本体部によって前記励起光源の搭載基板に対して固定する、光源ユニットのレンズ固定方法において、
前記前記本体部に突設された高耐熱性かつ弾性を有する第1熱膨張吸収部を介して前記本体部を基板とカバーとの間に挟持させ、
前記カバーを基板に対して固定したことを特徴とする、光源ユニットのレンズ固定方法。
