Abstract
Description
(1)尿素及びアンモニウム塩を含む液体肥料。
(2)アンモニウム塩が、塩化アンモニウム、硫酸アンモニウム、硝酸アンモニウム、リン酸アンモニウム、酢酸アンモニウム、及びこれらの組み合わせから選択される、(1)に記載の液体肥料。
(3)アンモニウム塩が、塩化アンモニウムである、(2)に記載の液体肥料。
(4)2重量%〜60重量%の尿素、及び0.01重量%〜75重量%のアンモニウム塩を含む、(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載の液体肥料。
(5)カリウムをさらに含む、(1)〜(4)のいずれかに記載の液体肥料。
(6)尿素を含む液体肥料に、アンモニウム塩を添加する工程を含む、尿素が安定化された液体肥料の製造方法。
(7)アンモニウム塩が、塩化アンモニウムである、(6)に記載の方法。
(8)液体肥料が終濃度2重量%〜60重量%の尿素を含み、アンモニウム塩が終濃度0.01重量%〜75重量%で液体肥料に添加される、(6)又は(7)に記載の方法。
1.0重量%、1.9重量%、3.8重量%の塩化アンモニウム、全窒素成分が一定となるように塩化アンモニウムの量に合わせて量を調整した尿素、及び13.1重量%の塩化カリウムを水道水で溶解し、液体肥料を調製した(試料1〜3)。また、塩化アンモニウムを用いず、全窒素含量が同一になるよう尿素、塩化カリウム、及び水道水のみで比較例を調製した(比較例1)。また、比較例1にクエン酸1.0重量%を添加した比較例2も調製した。調製は3Lビーカーを用いて行い、無加温で製造した。調製した液体肥料の成分を表1に示す。
実施例1と同様のサンプルを同様の方法で再度調製し、30℃又は40℃に設定したインキュベーター内、及び片倉コープアグリ株式会社つくば工場内の一般的な肥料保管倉庫内で保存し、経時的なアンモニアガスの濃度を以下の方法に従って測定した。まず、インキュベーターから取り出した試料を直ちに10mL採取し、300mLの三角フラスコに入れ、フラスコの口をアルミホイルで密閉した。これを30℃のインキュベーターに入れ、1時間静置した後、フラスコ内のガスをアンモニアガス検知管で吸引し、アンモニアガス濃度を測定した。アンモニアガス検知管は、株式会社ガステック製の3L型(0.5〜78ppm)、3La型(2.5〜200ppm)、3M型(10〜1000ppm)、及び3HM型(0.05〜3.52%)を適宜使い分けた。また、各サンプルについて刺激臭の有無を確認した。結果を表3および図2〜4に示す。
塩化アンモニウムの濃度を0.01重量%、0.05重量%、0.1重量%、0.25重量%、0.5重量%、1重量%と変えながら、実施例1と同様に、窒素15%の液体肥料を調製した。ただし、カリウムは加えず肥料の調製を行った。その後、40℃に設定したインキュベーター内で保管し、実施例1と同様の方法でpHを測定した。結果を以表4に示す。
様々なアンモニウム塩(塩化アンモニウム、硝酸アンモニウム、第一リン酸アンモニウム、及び酢酸アンモニウム)を1.0重量%加え、実施例1と同様に、窒素15%、カリウム8%の液体肥料を調製した。ただし、硫酸アンモニウムはカリウムを含むと溶解度が低下するため、カリウムを含まず、窒素15%のみを含む液体肥料で試験を行った。40℃に設定したインキュベーター内で保管し、実施例1と同様の方法でpHを測定した。結果を表5及び図5に示す。
実施例4と同様のサンプルを同様の方法で調製し、40℃に設定したインキュベーター内で保存し、経時的なアンモニアガスの濃度を実施例2と同様の方法で測定した。結果を表6及び図6に示す。

- カリウムをさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の液体肥料。
- 尿素を含む液体肥料に、アンモニウム塩を添加する工程を含む、尿素が安定化された液体肥料の製造方法。
- アンモニウム塩が、塩化アンモニウムである、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 液体肥料が終濃度2重量%〜60重量%の尿素を含み、アンモニウム塩が終濃度0.01重量%〜75重量%で液体肥料に添加される、請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
