Abstract
Description
バイポーラ膜(株式会社アストム製BP1−E)、カチオン交換膜(株式会社アストム製CMX)、アニオン交換膜(株式会社アストム製AHA)、バイポーラ膜(株式会社アストム製BP1−E)の順に膜を積層して成る、図1に示した5室(−電極室、アルカリ室、脱塩室、酸室、+電極室)の電気透析装置を製作した。各室の厚みは、酸室1mm、脱塩室1mm、アルカリ室1mmである。各室の容積は、酸室5.4mL、脱塩室5.4mL、アルカリ室5.4mLである。
1級〜3級のアミノ基を有する分子量70000、樹脂分濃度30wt%のエチレンイミン重合体水溶液(日本触媒株式会社製 商品名エポミンP−1000)を5A濾紙に含浸させ、1晩乾燥させた。この濾紙を2%グルタルアルデヒド水溶液に含浸させ、1晩反応させた。この濾紙を液中から引き上げて水洗した後、3wt%のエチレンイミン重合体水溶液(日本触媒株式会社製 商品名エポミンP−1000)に浸漬し、2時間反応させて、水洗し、乾燥させ、イオン交換膜を製造した。
Claims (5)
- 官能基として、3級アミノ基、2級アミノ基および1級アミノ基の少なくとも1種を有するイオン交換膜。
- 請求項1に記載のイオン交換膜において、前記官能基の少なくとも70%が1〜3級アミノ基であることを特徴とするイオン交換膜。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のイオン交換膜を用いた脱イオン装置。
- 請求項3に記載の脱イオン装置の運転方法であって、
アルカリ溶液によってイオン交換膜を洗浄する工程を有することを特徴とする脱イオン装置の運転方法。 - 被処理液が有機物を含み、被処理液のE260が0.03以上であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の脱イオン装置の運転方法。
