Abstract
Description
a)被検体のCT/CTA及びDA/DSAスタディを収集すること、
b)CT/CTAボリュームからプラーク成分をセグメントすること、
c)CT/CTA及びDA/DSAをレジストレーションすること、
d)DA/DSAボリュームにおけるガイドワイヤの先端位置を特定すること、
e)ガイドワイヤ先端の位置に中心がある仮想内視鏡ビューを表示すること、係る表示においてはセグメントされたプラーク成分がステップb)に従って色分けされている、
f)仮想の動きをステップd)において特定されたガイドワイヤの位置へと適用すること、この様にして仮想内視鏡におけるガイドワイヤ先端の前進をシミュレーションすること、
g)ガイドワイヤの仮想位置が変わったら、仮想内視鏡ビューを更新すること、この様にして係るガイドワイヤのリアルな位置の向こうのプラークの構成物を表示すること、
h)ガイドワイヤの所望の経路が決定されるまで、e)からg)までのステップを逐次すること、
i)ステップh)において決定された経路に従って、ガイドワイヤを前進させること、
j)ガイドワイヤが閉塞血管病変を横切るまで、d)からi)までのステップを逐次すること、を具備する方法を提供する。
Claims (13)
- 医用機器によって貫かれる予定の組織領域を含む解剖学的領域に対応したボリュームデータを受け取る受け取り部と、
前記医用機器の位置を前記ボリュームデータ上にマッピングし、前記マッピングされた位置と前記ボリュームデータとを用いて、前記組織領域の少なくとも一部に関して前記医用機器の誘導を支援するための誘導支援画像を、前記医用機器の位置を基準として生成する画像生成部と、
前誘導支援画像として表示する表示部と、
を具備する医用画像処理装置。 - 前記画像生成部は、前記誘導支援画像を仮想内視鏡画像として生成する請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記画像生成部は、前記組織領域が少なくとも部分的に透明である前記誘導支援画像を生成する請求項1又は2記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記画像生成部は、前記組織領域が血管である場合において、血管内の閉塞を貫く経路又は血管内の閉塞周辺の経路を含む前記誘導支援画像を生成する請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか一項記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記画像生成部は、前記組織領域が血管である場合において、前記組織領域において柔らかいプラーク、硬プラーク、血管壁のうちの少なくとも一つを特定し、前記特定された異なる組織タイプが視覚的に区別された前記誘導支援画像を生成する請求項4記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記医用機器は、ガイドワイヤ、カテーテル、穿刺針のうちのいずれかである請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか一項記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記画像生成部は、前記医用機器の位置が変更された場合には、変更後の前記医用機器の位置を前記ボリュームデータに新たにマッピングし、前記新たにマッピングされた変更後の位置と前記ボリュームデータとを用いて、前記誘導支援画像を生成する請求項1乃至6のうちいずれか一項記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記画像生成部は、前記医用機器の進行方向と前記医用機器の位置とを基準として前記誘導支援画像を生成する請求項1乃至7のうちいずれか一項記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記画像生成部は、前記医用機器の現在の位置又は画像生成において用いられる観察位置からの距離に応じて、前記組織領域が少なくとも一部の透明度が制御された前記誘導支援画像を生成する請求項1乃至8のうちいずれか一項記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記画像生成部は、前記ボリュームデータが更新された場合には、当該更新されたボリュームデータ上にマッピングし、当該マッピングされた位置と前記更新されたボリュームデータとを用いて、前記誘導支援画像を生成する請求項1乃至9のうちいずれか一項記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記画像生成部は、前記組織領域が血管である場合において、前記誘導支援画像を前記血管内の構造を視覚化するための断面画像として生成する請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。
- 前記画像生成部は、前記医用機器組織領域が血管である場合において、前記誘導支援画像を前記血管内の構造を視覚化するための断面画像として生成する請求項1記載の医用画像処理装置。
- コンピュータに、
医用機器によって横切られる予定の組織領域を含む解剖学的領域に対応したボリュームデータを受け取る受け取り機能と、
前記医用機器の位置を前記ボリュームデータ上にマッピングさせ、前記マッピングされた位置と前記ボリュームデータとを用いて、前記組織領域の少なくとも一部に関して前記医用機器の誘導を支援するための誘導支援画像を、前記医用機器の位置を基準として生成させる画像生成機能と、
前誘導支援画像として表示させる表示機能と、
を実現させる医用画像処理プログラム。
