Claims (10)
- 冷蔵ユニット(112)から一又は複数のカート区画(102)内に受容されている複数のギャレーカート(108)に冷却空気を提供する供給ダクト(116)を有する空気流供給システム(115)を有する、冷蔵システム(100)であって、
前記一又は複数のカート区画(102)内の前記複数のギャレーカート(108)への前記冷却空気の流れを制御するための、前記空気流供給システム(115)内に連結された複数のバルブ(140)であって、各バルブが対応するギャレーカート(108)に関連付けられている、複数のバルブ(140)と、
複数の主要バルブ制御アクチュエータ(146)であって、各々が対応するバルブ(140)に連結されており、かつ、第1動作モードにおいて前記対応するバルブ(140)をポジション変更させるよう構成されている、主要バルブ制御アクチュエータ(146)と、
前記複数のバルブのうちの少なくとも1つ(140a)に連結されており、かつ、第2動作モードにおいて前記複数のバルブのうちの前記少なくとも1つ(140a)をポジション変更させるよう構成されている、予備バルブ制御アクチュエータ(146b)とを備えている、冷蔵システム(100)。 - 前記主要バルブ制御アクチュエータのうちの少なくとも1つ(146b)が、前記複数のバルブのうちの別の1つ(140a)のための前記予備バルブ制御アクチュエータ(146b)を定義している、請求項1に記載の冷蔵システム(100)。
- 前記予備バルブ制御アクチュエータ(146b)が、前記複数のバルブのうちの別の1つ(140a)のための主要バルブ制御アクチュエータ(146b)を定義している、請求項1又は2に記載の冷蔵システム(100)。
- 前記複数のバルブ(140)がN個のバルブを含み、前記複数の主要バルブ制御アクチュエータ(146)がN個の主要バルブ制御アクチュエータ(146)を含み、前記予備バルブ制御アクチュエータが単一の予備バルブ制御アクチュエータを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の冷蔵システム(100)。
- 前記複数の主要バルブ制御アクチュエータ(146b〜146f)の一部分が各々、前記バルブ(146a〜146f)のうちの対応する2つに動作可能に連結されており、前記複数の主要バルブ制御アクチュエータ(146)のかかる一部分の各々が、前記第1動作モードにおいて前記対応する2つのバルブのうちの一方を動作可能にポジション変更させ、かつ、前記第2動作モードにおいて前記対応する2つのバルブのうちの他方を動作可能にポジション変更させる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の冷蔵システム(100)。
- 前記複数の主要バルブ制御アクチュエータ(146)の一部分が単一方向ソレノイド(146a、146g)を含み、かつ、前記複数の主要バルブ制御アクチュエータの一部分は双方向性ソレノイド(146b〜146f)を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の冷蔵システム(100)。
- 前記バルブ(140)のうちの1つが第1バルブ(140b)を含み、前記複数の主要バルブ制御アクチュエータ(146)のうちの1つが、前記第1バルブ(140b)に連結された第1主要バルブ制御アクチュエータ(146b)であって、前記第1バルブ(140b)を第1動作ポジションへと動かすよう構成されている、第1主要バルブ制御アクチュエータ(146b)を含み、前記予備バルブ制御アクチュエータ(146c)は、前記第1バルブ(140b)に連結されており、かつ、前記第1バルブ(140b)を第2動作ポジションへと動かすよう構成されている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の冷蔵システム(100)。
- 前記複数の主要バルブ制御アクチュエータ(146)及び前記予備バルブ制御アクチュエータ(146b)と制御通信するコントローラ(144)を更に備え、前記コントローラ(144)は、前記複数の主要バルブ制御アクチュエータ(146)における不具合条件を特定するよう、かつ、前記予備バルブ制御アクチュエータ(146b)を作動させるために動作モードを前記第1動作モードから前記第2動作モードへと自動的に変更するよう、設定されている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の冷蔵システム(100)。
- 前記複数のバルブ(140)の各々が、前記複数の主要バルブ制御アクチュエータ及び前記予備バルブ制御アクチュエータの群から選択された2つのバルブ制御アクチュエータ(146)に連結されており、かつ、前記2つのバルブ制御アクチュエータ(146)によって操作されるよう構成されている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の冷蔵システム(100)。
- 前記複数の主要バルブ制御アクチュエータ(146)の各々と対応するバルブとの間、及び、前記予備バルブ制御アクチュエータと前記複数のバルブ(140)のうちの対応する少なくとも1つとの間に、機械的連結部を更に備える、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の冷蔵システム(100)。
