Claims (6)
- 二枚の柔軟性を有し透明な耐薬品性樹脂フィルムの間に、透明な光硬化樹脂を挟んだ積層フィルムを準備する準備工程と、
病理薄切材料を前記積層フィルム上に採取する採取工程と、
前記積層フィルムに光を照射する照射工程と、
前記積層フィルム上に採取された前記病理薄切材料を染色する染色工程と、
前記積層フィルム上の前記病理薄切材料を透明な板状部材により封入する封入工程と
を含むプレパラート製造方法。 - 二枚の柔軟性を有し透明な耐薬品性樹脂フィルムの間に、透明な光硬化樹脂を挟んだ積層フィルムを準備する準備工程と、
病理薄切材料を前記積層フィルム上に採取する採取工程と、
前記積層フィルム上に採取された前記病理薄切材料を染色する染色工程と、
前記積層フィルムに光を照射する照射工程と、
前記積層フィルム上の前記病理薄切材料を透明な板状部材により封入する封入工程と
を含むプレパラート製造方法。 - 前記染色工程においては、前記照射工程での光照射による染色液色素の劣化を前提とした染色を行う請求項2記載のプレパラート製造方法。
- 前記積層フィルムは、該積層フィルムが巻かれたロールから引き出されたものである請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のプレパラート製造方法。
- 前記耐薬品性樹脂フィルムは、PETフィルムである請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のプレパラート製造方法。
- 前記採取工程は、前記病理薄切材料を前記積層フィルム上に落下させる工程、または水槽内に落下させた前記病理薄切材料を前記積層フィルム上に拾い上げる工程を含む請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のプレパラート製造方法。
