Abstract
Description
前記透明平板が、主成分としてシリコーンを含む原料を用いて形成されていてよい。
前記透明平板の表面の少なくとも一部が、親水性を有していてよい。
前記顕微鏡標本作製用平板が、前記透明平板よりも低い可撓性を有する透明層をさらに含んでいてよい。
前記顕微鏡標本作製用平板が、試料に付着したパラフィンを除去するために用いられるものであってよい。
前記試料が、パラフィン包埋された試料であってよい。
また、本発明は、試料に付着したパラフィンを融解させ、融解された前記パラフィンを、融解パラフィン吸着性を有する透明平板を含む顕微鏡標本作製用平板に吸着させる、吸着工程を含む、顕微鏡標本の作製方法を提供する。
前記顕微鏡標本の作製方法は、前記吸着工程よりも後の工程においてキシレンを使用しないものであってよい。

試料に付着したパラフィンを除去するために用いられる、[1]から[4]のいずれか一つに記載の顕微鏡標本作製用平板。

前記試料が、パラフィン包埋された試料である、[5]に記載に顕微鏡標本作製用平板。
[7]
試料に付着したパラフィンを融解させ、融解された前記パラフィンを、融解パラフィン吸着性を有する透明平板を含む顕微鏡標本作製用平板に吸着させる、吸着工程を含む、顕微鏡標本の作製方法。
[8]
前記吸着工程よりも後の工程においてキシレンを使用しない、[7]に記載の顕微鏡標本の作製方法。
Claims (6)
- 融解パラフィン吸着性を有する透明平板を含む、
パラフィン包埋された試料からパラフィンを除去するために用いる顕微鏡標本作製用平板。 - 前記透明平板が、主成分としてシリコーンを含む原料を用いて形成されている、請求項1に記載の顕微鏡標本作製用平板。
- 前記透明平板の表面の少なくとも一部が、親水性を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の顕微鏡標本作製用平板。
- 前記透明平板よりも低い可撓性を有する透明層をさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の顕微鏡標本作製用平板。
- 試料に付着したパラフィンを融解させ、融解された前記パラフィンを、融解パラフィン吸着性を有する透明平板を含む顕微鏡標本作製用平板に吸着させる、吸着工程を含む、顕微鏡標本の作製方法。
- 前記吸着工程よりも後の工程においてキシレンを使用しない、請求項5に記載の顕微鏡標本の作製方法。
