Claims (3)
- 樹脂を含浸させたシート状繊維を巻回して所定の厚さのシート層を形成する巻回工程を有するタンクの製造方法であって、
前記巻回工程は、前記シート状繊維を前記所定の厚さの前記シート層を形成するために必要な長さよりも短い長さに分割した分割シート状繊維を巻回する複数回の分割巻回工程を有し、
二回目以降の前記分割巻回工程は、前回の前記分割巻回工程で巻回された前記分割シート状繊維の終端部の上に新たな前記分割シート状繊維の始端部を重複して積層させる重複長さをXとし、前記タンクに作用する周方向の引張応力をσとし、前記分割シート状繊維の厚みと幅をそれぞれtとWとし、前記タンクの円筒部の長さをLとし、前記樹脂のせん断強度をAとしたときに、
不等式:X>(σ・t・L)/(A・W)を満たすことを特徴とするタンクの製造方法。 - 前記分割巻回工程において、前記分割シート状繊維の長さは、前記分割シート状繊維を前記タンクの周方向に一周以上かつ二周以上の巻回数で巻回して前記分割シート状繊維を一層以上かつ二層以上の積層数で積層可能な長さであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタンクの製造方法。
- 所定の厚さのシート層を備えたタンクであって、
前記シート層は、前記タンクの周方向に巻回されて積層され、樹脂によって一体化された複数の分割シート状繊維によって構成され、
下層側に巻回された前記分割シート状繊維の終端部の上に重複して積層された上層側の前記分割シート状繊維の始端部の重複長さをXとし、前記タンクに作用する周方向の引張応力をσとし、前記分割シート状繊維の厚みと幅をそれぞれtとWとし、前記タンクの円筒部の長さをLとし、前記樹脂のせん断強度をAとしたときに、
不等式:X>(σ・t・L)/(A・W)を満たすことを特徴とするタンク。
