Claims (10)
- プリント回路基板と、
少なくとも1つの電圧信号に基づいて前記プリント回路基板の第1の面に設けられた一つ又は複数の検出点が過温になるかを判断するための制御回路と、
前記一つ又は複数の検出点の温度を感知して、それに対応して前記電圧信号を前記制御回路に出力することに用いられ、前記プリント回路基板の前記第1の面に対向する第2の面に設けられる感知回路と、
を含む電子装置。 - 前記感知回路は、
分圧抵抗と、
前記分圧抵抗と互いに直列するように電気的に結合する一つ又は複数の感知素子と、
を含み、
前記感知回路は、基準電圧を受けるように電圧源に電気的に結合され、前記一つ又は複数の感知素子と前記分圧抵抗によって前記基準電圧を分圧して、前記少なくとも1つの電圧信号を出力する請求項1に記載の電子装置。 - 前記感知回路は、前記プリント回路基板の前記第1の面におけるN個の検出点を検出するためのM個の感知素子を含み、Mは正整数であり、NはMより大きい正整数である請求項2に記載の電子装置。
- 前記一つ又は複数の感知素子は、前記プリント回路基板の内部の金属材料によって熱を伝導して、前記プリント回路基板の前記第1の面に設けられる前記一つ又は複数の検出点の温度を感知する請求項2又は3に記載の電子装置。
- 前記制御回路は、前記少なくとも1つの電圧信号が閾値より大きくなる場合に前記一つ又は複数の検出点の過温を判断して、過温の警報信号を出力することに用いられる請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の電子装置。
- 感知回路によって一つ又は複数の検出点の温度を感知する工程と、
前記感知回路によって前記一つ又は複数の検出点の温度に基づいて、対応して少なくとも1つの電圧信号を出力する工程と、
制御回路によって前記少なくとも1つの電圧信号に基づいて前記一つ又は複数の検出点が過温になるかを判断する工程と、
を備え、
前記一つ又は複数の検出点はプリント回路基板の第1の面に設けられ、前記感知回路は前記プリント回路基板の前記第1の面に対向する第2の面に設けられる過温の検出方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの電圧信号の出力は、
前記感知回路によって電圧源から基準電圧を受けることと、
前記感知回路における一つ又は複数の感知素子及び分圧抵抗によって前記基準電圧を分圧して前記少なくとも1つの電圧信号を出力し、前記一つ又は複数の感知素子と前記分圧抵抗とは互いに直列するように電気的に結合することと、
を備える請求項6に記載の過温の検出方法。 - 前記感知回路におけるM個の感知素子によって、前記プリント回路基板の前記第1の面におけるN個の検出点を検出し、Mは正整数であり、NはMより大きい正整数であることを更に備える請求項7に記載の過温の検出方法。
- 前記一つ又は複数の感知素子は、前記プリント回路基板の内部の金属材料によって熱を伝導して、前記プリント回路基板の前記第1の面に設けられる前記一つ又は複数の検出点の温度を感知する請求項7又は8に記載の過温の検出方法。
- 前記制御回路によって前記少なくとも1つの電圧信号が閾値より大きくなる場合に前記一つ又は複数の検出点の過温を判断して、過温の警報信号を出力することを更に備える請求項6〜9の何れか1項に記載の過温の検出方法。
