Claims (5)
- 第1回転要素と第2回転要素と第3回転要素とを有して機関が動力伝達可能に連結された第1差動機構と、第4回転要素と第5回転要素と第6回転要素とを有して第1回転機の運転状態が制御されることにより差動状態が制御される第2差動機構と、駆動輪と連結される出力回転部材に動力伝達可能に連結された第2回転機とを備えた車両の、制御装置であって、
前記第1回転要素は、前記機関が動力伝達可能に連結されており、
前記第3回転要素は、前記第6回転要素と連結されており、
前記第4回転要素は、前記第1回転機が動力伝達可能に連結されており、
前記第5回転要素は、前記出力回転部材に連結されており、
前記車両は、前記第1回転要素、前記第2回転要素、及び前記第3回転要素のうちの何れか2つの回転要素を連結する第1係合装置と、前記第2回転要素と前記第4回転要素及び前記第5回転要素のうちの何れか一方の回転要素とを連結する第2係合装置とを更に備えるものであり、
前記第1係合装置及び前記第2係合装置のうちの何れか一方の係合装置を係合した状態で前記第2差動機構の差動状態が制御され前記機関のトルクが前記第5回転要素に機械的に伝達される第1走行モードと、前記第1係合装置及び前記第2係合装置のうちの前記一方の係合装置とは別の係合装置を係合した状態で前記第2差動機構の差動状態が制御され前記機関のトルクが前記第5回転要素に機械的に伝達される第2走行モードと、を少なくとも有し、
前記第1走行モードで走行中に、前記機関を停止する機関停止制御を実行するとき、車速が所定車速以上である場合には、前記第2走行モードに切り替える制御部を備える
ことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記第1係合装置及び前記第2係合装置を係合することで、前記第1差動機構の各回転要素、及び前記第2差動機構の各回転要素が一体回転させられ、前記機関のトルクが直接的に前記第5回転要素から出力される第3走行モードをさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記第1走行モードから前記第3走行モードに切り替えた場合において、前記機関の回転速度が上昇しないと判断されるとき、前記第1走行モードから前記第3走行モードを経由して前記第2走行モードに切り替えることを特徴とする請求項1の車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記機関が停止すると、前記第1係合装置および前記第2係合装置を解放することで、前記第2回転機によって走行する第4走行モードに切り替えることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両の制御装置。
- 前記機関の停止後、又は前記機関の停止直前において、前記第1回転機を制御することにより、前記機関を機関再始動に適した回転角で停止させる機関停止位置制御部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記所定車速は、前記第1走行モードの状態で前記機関停止制御を実行した場合において、前記機関停止制御中に前記第1回転機の回転速度が許容値を越える速度範囲の下限値又は下限値近傍の値に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1の車両の制御装置。
