Claims (20)
- ウォッチ用クラウンであって、
ダイヤルと、
前記ダイヤル内に少なくとも部分的に配置され、かつ、前記ダイヤルにロックされたキャップと、
前記キャップ内に少なくとも部分的に配置されて前記キャップを前記ダイヤル内に軸方向に保持する支持構造体と、を備える、クラウン。 - 前記ダイヤルは、半径方向内側に延在し、かつ、ダイヤル凹部によって分離されたダイヤル歯を含み、
前記キャップは、
前記ダイヤル歯とかみ合って、前記キャップを前記ダイヤルに対してロックする、キャップ凹部と、
係合溝と、を含み、
前記支持構造体は、
支持歯であって、半径方向外側に延在し、かつ、前記支持構造体が回転すると前記ダイヤル歯の隣接する対の間を移動するように構成されており、前記支持歯が前記ダイヤル歯に接触すると前記支持構造体の回転を制限するように構成された、支持歯と、
半径方向外側に延在し、かつ、前記キャップの前記係合溝内で前記支持構造体に対して前記キャップを軸方向に保持する係合歯と、を含む、請求項1に記載のクラウン。 - 前記ウォッチは、ウォッチ本体と、前記ウォッチ本体をユーザに固定するように構成されたウォッチバンドとを含み、前記クラウンは前記ウォッチ本体の筐体を越えて突出し、かつ、前記クラウンは前記ウォッチ本体によって検出可能なユーザ入力を受け入れるように構成された、請求項1に記載のクラウン。
- 前記ダイヤル及び前記キャップは、異なる材料である、請求項1に記載のクラウン。
- 前記キャップの外面は、前記ダイヤルの外面と同一平面にある、請求項1に記載のクラウン。
- 前記ダイヤル、前記キャップ、及び前記支持構造体のうちの少なくとも2つを接合する接着剤を更に備える、請求項1に記載のクラウン。
- 前記支持構造体及び前記ダイヤルに溶接されたワッシャを、前記キャップに対向する、前記ダイヤルの側面上に、更に備える、請求項1に記載のクラウン。
- 前記キャップは、前記ダイヤルに対して回転方向にロックされる、請求項1に記載のクラウン。
- ウォッチ用クラウンであって、
ダイヤルと、
前記ダイヤル内に少なくとも部分的に配置され、かつ、係合溝を含む、キャップと、
支持構造体であって、前記キャップの前記係合溝内に少なくとも部分的に配置されて、前記支持構造体に対して前記キャップを固定する係合歯を含む、支持構造体と、を備える、クラウン。 - 前記キャップは、キャップ凹部を含み、
前記ダイヤルは、前記キャップ凹部を実質的に埋めて前記ダイヤルに対して前記キャップをロックするダイヤル歯を含む、請求項9に記載のクラウン。 - 前記ダイヤルは、ダイヤル凹部によって分離されたダイヤル歯を含み、
前記支持構造体は、前記ダイヤル歯の隣接する対の間を移動することによって、前記ダイヤルに対する回転範囲を前記支持構造体に提供する支持歯を更に含む、請求項9に記載のクラウン。 - 前記支持構造体及び前記ダイヤルに溶接されたワッシャを、前記キャップに対向する、前記ダイヤルの側面上に、を更に備える、請求項9に記載のクラウン。
- 前記ダイヤル、前記キャップ、及び前記支持構造体のうちの少なくとも2つを接合する接着剤を更に備える、請求項9に記載のクラウン。
- ウォッチであって、
ウォッチバンドと、
筐体と、
請求項9に記載の前記クラウンと、を含むウォッチ本体と、を備え、前記クラウンが前記筐体を越えて突出し、かつ、ユーザ入力を検出するように構成された、ウォッチ。 - 前記ウォッチ本体は、
前記筐体に対する前記クラウンの直線運動を検出するためのスイッチと、
前記筐体に対する前記クラウンの回転を検出するための光学式エンコーダと、を更に含む、請求項14に記載のウォッチ。 - クラウンを組み立てる方法であって、
ダイヤル内に少なくとも部分的に支持構造体を配置することと、
前記支持構造体の支持歯をキャップの係合溝内にあわせて、前記ダイヤル内に少なくとも部分的に前記キャップを配置することと、
前記支持歯が前記係合溝内を移動して前記キャップを軸方向に保持するように、前記キャップ及び前記ダイヤルに対して前記支持構造体を回転させることと、を含む、方法。 - 前記ダイヤル、前記キャップ、及び前記支持構造体のうちの少なくとも2つに接着剤を塗布すること更に含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記ダイヤル内に少なくとも部分的に前記支持構造体を配置することは、前記支持構造体に前記ダイヤルに対する回転範囲を提供するために、前記ダイヤルの隣接する対のダイヤル歯の間に前記支持構造体の支持歯を整列させることを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記ダイヤル内に少なくとも部分的に前記キャップを配置することは、前記ダイヤルに前記キャップをロックするために、前記キャップのキャップ凹部に前記ダイヤルのダイヤル歯を整列させることを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記キャップ及び前記ダイヤルに対して前記支持構造体を回転している間に、前記キャップ及び前記ダイヤルが互いに対してロックされる、請求項16に記載の方法。
