Claims (18)
- 表示領域及び前記表示領域の外側に位置する非表示領域を含む素子基板;
前記素子基板の前記表示領域上に位置し、順に積層された第1電極、発光層及び第2電極を含む発光構造物;
前記発光構造物上に位置し、前記素子基板の前記非表示領域上に伸びる下部封止層;
前記下部封止層上に位置し、吸湿物質を含む上部封止層;及び
前記上部封止層上に位置し、金属を含む封止基板、
を含み、
前記下部封止層は、前記発光構造物の前記第2電極と接触する、
有機発光表示装置。 - 前記下部封止層及び前記上部封止層は、オレフィン系物質を含む、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記上部封止層は、前記下部封止層と違う物質を含む、請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記上部封止層は、前記下部封止層と直接接触する、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1電極の周縁部を覆うバンク絶縁膜をさらに含み、
前記第2電極は、前記素子基板の前記非表示領域に向かう前記バンク絶縁膜の側面上に伸びる、
請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記素子基板と前記発光構造物との間に位置する薄膜トランジスタ;及び
前記薄膜トランジスタと前記発光構造物との間に位置し、前記薄膜トランジスタを覆うオーバーコート層
をさらに含み、
前記第2電極は、前記素子基板の前記非表示領域に向かう前記オーバーコート層の側面上に伸びる、
請求項5に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記下部封止層の水平幅は、前記上部封止層の水平幅より小さい、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記上部封止層は、前記素子基板の前記非表示領域上で前記下部封止層の側面上に伸びる、請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記封止基板上に位置する磁性粒子をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記封止基板上に位置し、絶縁物質を含むキャッピング層をさらに含み、
前記磁性粒子は前記キャッピング層内に分散されている、
請求項9に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 素子基板上に位置し、金属を含む封止基板;
前記素子基板と前記封止基板の間に位置する下部封止層;
前記下部封止層と前記封止基板との間に位置し、吸湿物質を含む上部封止層;及び
前記素子基板と前記下部封止層との間に位置し、前記下部封止層と接触する発光構造物
を含み、
前記下部封止層は、前記発光構造物の外側で前記素子基板と接触する領域を含む、
有機発光表示装置。 - 前記封止基板に向かう前記下部封止層の上部面は平面である、請求項11に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記封止基板は、第1基材基板、前記金属を含む金属基板及び第2基材基板が順に位置するクラッド構造を有する、請求項11に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記金属基板は、前記第1基材基板及び前記第2基材基板より高い熱伝導率を有する、請求項13に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記金属は、アルミニウム又はクロムを含む、請求項14に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記金属基板は、前記第1基材基板及び前記第2基材基板より厚い、請求項14に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1基材基板及び前記第2基材基板は、前記金属基板より低い熱膨張係数を有する、請求項13に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第2基材基板は、前記第1基材基板と同一の物質を含む、請求項17に記載の有機発光表示装置。
