Abstract
Description
実施形態に係るディスク装置100について図1及び図2を用いて説明する。図1は、ディスク装置100の構成を示す斜視図である。図2(a)は、ディスク装置100の構成を示す断面図であり、図1に示すディスク装置100をA−A’線に沿って切った断面に対応する断面を示す。図2(b)は、図2(a)における二点鎖線で囲った部分Bを拡大した拡大断面図である。図1及び図2において、各ディスク媒体6の回転軸に沿った方向をZ方向とし、Z方向に垂直な平面内でケース1の長手方向に沿った方向をX方向とし、Z方向及びX方向に垂直な方向をY方向とする。

Claims (9)
- 記録面を有するディスク媒体と、
前記ディスク媒体の中心側から前記記録面に沿って延在する面を有する第1の部分と、前記第1の部分の外周端部から前記記録面に対して遠ざかる方向に延在する面を有する第2の部分と、前記第2の部分が延在する方向の外周端部から前記ディスク媒体の記録面の面方向、かつ前記中心側から遠ざかる方向に延在する面を有する第3の部分とを有するトップカバーと、
を備え、
前記記録面は、 データが書き込み可能である第1のゾーンと、
前記第1のゾーンより前記ディスク媒体の外端側に設けられた第2のゾーンと、
を有し、
前記トップカバーの第1の部分の外周端部は、前記ディスク媒体の第1のゾーン及び第2のゾーンに対向するとともに前記第2のゾーンまで延在した平坦面を有する
ディスク装置。 - 前記第1の部分は、前記第2のゾーンの外側まで延在した前記平坦面を有する
請求項1に記載のディスク装置。 - 前記第1の部分は、前記第2の部分との境界付近に且つ前記平坦面の反対側の主面に凹部をさらに有する

第1の厚さを有する第1の領域と、
前記第1の領域及び前記第2の部分の間に配され、前記第1の厚さより薄い第2の厚さを有する第2の領域と、

請求項1又は2に記載のディスク装置。 - 前記ディスク媒体に近接して配されるランプ部材をさらに備え、
前記第2のゾーンの前記ディスク媒体の外端からの幅は、前記記録面に垂直な方向から透視した場合に前記ランプ部材が前記記録面に重なる位置に対応している
請求項1又は2に記載のディスク装置。 - 前記第1の部分は、前記ディスク媒体の中心を間にして前記ランプ部材の反対側の位置において前記平坦面の反対側の主面内の前記第2の部分との境界付近の領域に凹部をさらに有する
請求項5に記載のディスク装置。 - 前記ディスク媒体に近接して配されるスポイラをさらに備え、
前記第1の部分は、前記ディスク媒体の中心を間にして前記スポイラの反対側の位置において前記平坦面の反対側の主面内の前記第2の部分との境界付近の領域に凹部をさらに有する
請求項1又は2に記載のディスク装置。 - 上面が前記第3の部分に対応した高さになるように前記第1の部分における前記平坦面の反対側の主面に配され前記主面に沿って延びた緩衝板をさらに備えた
請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のディスク装置。 - 前記トップカバーは、板厚0.5mm以上の板材による曲げ形状を有し、
前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分との間における外曲げR値が1mm以下になっている
請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のディスク装置。
