Abstract
Description
まず、図1を参照して、本実施形態による車両の全体構成について説明する。図1は、車両用制動装置を搭載した車両の前方部分の概略平面図である。
図2を参照して、本実施形態によるアイドル停止装置について説明する。アイドル停止装置は、車輪速センサ27、アイドルスイッチ21、アクセルペダル開度センサ25、ストロークセンサ41、有車速アイドル停止制御部33、停車アイドル停止制御部35、エンジン5を備え、アイドル停止装置は、有車速アイドル停止制御及び停車アイドル停止制御を実行する装置として機能する。
図2及び図3を参照して、本実施形態による制動制御装置について説明する。
制動制御装置は、ブレーキペダル17、マスタシリンダ装置45、反力発生装置47、ブレーキ機構13、制動制御部37(車両制御部15)、各種センサを備える。各種センサは、ストロークセンサ41、マスタシリンダ圧センサ43、圧力センサ83、角度センサ85、エンジン回転数センサ29を備え、ブレーキ機構13のブレーキ液圧を増加させる装置として制動力増加制御機能を有する。
本実施形態の車両用制動装置1の車両制御部15(有車速アイドル停止制御部33)は、走行中に所定車速以下でアイドル制御を実行し、エンジン5を自動停止させる。車両制御部15(制動制御部37)は、エンジン自動停止後、ブレーキペダル17が操作されており且つ車両3が停止(時速0km)したことを検知した場合、運転者のブレーキペダル17の操作により発生している現在値P1の第3液圧路77のブレーキ液圧を所定値P2まで増加させるようにブレーキ機構13を制御する。即ち、車両制御部15は、現在値P1のブレーキ液圧に対応する制動力を、所定値P2のブレーキ液圧に対応する所定値まで増加させるようにブレーキ機構13を制御する。

Claims (7)
- 車両に制動力を付与するブレーキ機構と、走行中に所定車速以下になった場合にエンジンを自動停止する車両制御部とを備える車両用制動装置であって、
上記車両制御部は、エンジンを自動停止させた後、ブレーキペダルが操作されており且つ上記車両が停止したことを検知した場合に、上記ブレーキペダルの操作量に応じた現在値よりも大きな所定値まで制動力を増加させるように上記ブレーキ機構を制御する、ことを特徴とする車両用制動装置。 - 上記所定値は、エンジン再始動後のエンジン回転数上昇による車両の動き出しを制動可能な値で設定されている、請求項1に記載の車両用制動装置。
- 上記車両制御部は、上記現在値を上記所定値まで徐々に増加させるように上記ブレーキ機構を制御する、請求項1又は2に記載の車両用制動装置。
- 上記車両制御部は、上記現在値が上記所定値以上である場合には、上記現在値の増加を禁止する、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の車両用制動装置。
- 上記車両制御部は、エンジン再始動後のエンジン回転数上昇において、エンジン回転数が極大値に達するまで、制動力を上記所定値に保持するように上記ブレーキ機構を制御する、請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の車両用制動装置。
- 上記車両制御部は、エンジン回転数が上記極大値に達した後、上記制動力を徐々に減少させるように上記ブレーキ機構を制御する、請求項5に記載の車両用制動装置。
- 上記ブレーキ機構は、ブレーキ液により満たされる液圧路と、この液圧路の上流側と連結しブレーキ液圧を増加するアクチュエータと、上記液圧路の下流側と連結し増加されたブレーキ液圧に応じて上記車両に制動力を付与するホイールブレーキ部と、を有し、
上記車両制御部は、上記ブレーキペダルの操作量を検知するブレーキセンサからの検知信号に基づき上記アクチュエータを駆動して上記液圧路のブレーキ液圧を制御する、請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の車両用制動装置。
