Claims (7)
- 培養液中で菌体の培養を行う培養装置と、
前記菌体を含む培養液が分配される分配容器に薬剤を注入し、第1の発光測定容器上に設けられ、かつ底部にフィルタを有するフィルタリング容器と、第2の発光測定容器とに対し、それぞれ前記分配容器から前記培養液を分注する分注装置と、
前記フィルタリング容器内の前記培養液をろ過して、前記第1の発光測定容器内にろ液を得るろ過装置と、
前記第1の発光測定容器内の前記ろ液及び前記第2の発光測定容器内の前記培養液のATP発光計測を行う計測部と、前記菌体の前記薬剤への感受性の有無を判定する判定部と、を有する試験装置と、
前記判定の閾値を記憶する記憶部と、を備え、
前記計測部は、前記第2の発光測定容器内の前記培養液中の生菌由来のATP発光量と、前記第1の発光測定容器内の前記ろ液中の死菌由来のATP発光量と、を計測し、
前記判定部は、前記閾値を参照し、前記生菌由来のATP発光量と、前記死菌由来のATP発光量と、の間の発光量比及び前記閾値の比較結果に基づいて、前記菌体の前記薬剤への感受性の有無を判定する、ことを特徴とする薬剤感受性試験システム。 - 請求項1に記載の薬剤感受性試験システムであって、
前記判定部は、前記閾値を参照し、前記発光量比が前記閾値よりも大きい場合に前記菌の前記薬剤への感受性が有ると判定する、ことを特徴とする薬剤感受性試験システム。 - 請求項1に記載の薬剤感受性試験システムであって、
前記記憶部は、過去に前記判定を行った前記発光量比に基づく前記閾値を記憶する、ことを特徴とする薬剤感受性試験システム。 - 請求項1に記載の薬剤感受性試験システムであって、
前記判定部は、前記計測部により計測された前記死菌由来のATP発光量をxとし、前記生菌由来のATP発光量をyとして、x/y値を算出し、過去に算出され、前記記憶部に記憶された菌種毎のx/y値を参照して、前記菌体の前記薬剤への感受性の有無を判定する、ことを特徴とする薬剤感受性試験システム。 - 請求項1に記載の薬剤感受性試験システムであって、
前記計測部は、一定の培養時間間隔で前記計測を行う、ことを特徴とする薬剤感受性試験システム。 - 請求項1に記載の薬剤感受性試験システムであって、
前記ろ過装置は、遠心機により前記ろ過を行う、ことを特徴とする薬剤感受性試験システム。 - 請求項1に記載の薬剤感受性試験システムであって、
前記分配容器は、複数種の前記薬剤又は複数種の濃度の前記薬剤が分配されるマイクロウェルプレートである、ことを特徴とする薬剤感受性試験システム。
