Claims (2)
- 培養液中で菌体の培養を行う培養装置と、
培養された菌体を含む培養液に薬剤を注入する分配容器と、
前記分配容器中の薬剤が注入された培養液を第1の発光測定容器及び第2の発光測定容器に分注する分注装置と、を備え、ここで、
前記第1の発光測定容器の上部には、底部にフィルタを有するフィルタリング容器が設けられ、前記第1の発光測定容器は、前記培養液を前記フィルタリング容器内でろ過して得られるろ液をその中に含み、
前記第2の発光測定容器は、前記培養液中の菌体外ATPを消去したあとの菌体から得られる生菌由来のATP抽出液をその中に含み、
さらに、前記第1の発光測定容器内の前記ろ液及び前記第2の発光測定容器内の前記ATP抽出液のATP発光計測を行う計測部と、前記菌体の前記薬剤への感受性の有無を判定する判定部と、を有する試験装置と、を備える薬剤感受性試験システムであって、
前記計測部は、前記第2の発光測定容器内の前記ATP抽出液中の生菌由来のATP発光量と、前記第1の発光測定容器内の前記ろ液中の死菌由来のATP発光量と、を計測し、
前記判定部は、前記生菌由来のATP発光量と、前記ろ液中の死菌由来のATP発光量と、の間の発光量比に基づいて、前記菌体の前記薬剤への感受性の有無を判定する、ことを特徴とする、前記薬剤感受性試験システム。 - 請求項1に記載の薬剤感受性試験システムであって、
前記判定部は、前記ろ液に含まれる遊離ATPの発光量を前記死菌由来のATP発光量として前記判定を行う、ことを特徴とする、前記薬剤感受性試験システム。
