Claims (13)
- エネルギービーム(4)を用いて硬化させることが可能な造形材料(3)の層を層毎に順次選択的に照射して硬化させることによって、三次元物体(2)を付加的に製造する方法において、
選択的に照射して硬化させるべき造形材料(3)の少なくとも一つ層が、エネルギービーム(4)を用いて硬化させることが可能な造形材料(3)の箔状の面部材(12)として少なくとも部分的に配備されることを特徴とする方法。 - 金属箔又は金属薄板が箔状の面部材(12)として使用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 箔状の面部材(12)として配備されない造形材料(3)の層(3a)が粉末状の造形材料(3)の粉末層として配備されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記の箔状の面部材(12)が選択的に照射されて硬化され、それによって、その箔状の面部材(12)の選択的に照射されて硬化された部分が、造形材料(3)のそれ以前の層のそれ以前に選択的に照射されて硬化された部分と連結されることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記の箔状の面部材(12)が選択的に照射されて硬化され、それによって、その箔状の面部材(12)の選択的に照射されて硬化された部分が、造形モジュールの造形プラットフォームと連結されることを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 箔状の面部材(12)の選択的に照射されず硬化されなかった部分が、その箔状の面部材(12)を選択的に照射して硬化させる間及び/又はその箔状の面部材(12)を選択的に照射されて硬化された後に除去されることを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 箔状の面部材(12)の選択的に照射されず硬化されなかった部分を除去した後、その箔状の面部材(12)の選択的に照射されず硬化されなかった部分が除去された領域に粉末状の造形材料(3)を塗布することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- エネルギービーム(4)を用いて、前記の粉末状の造形材料(3)を選択的に照射して硬化させることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記の箔状の面部材(12)を構成する造形材料(3)が、箔状の面部材(12)として配備されない造形材料(3)の層の造形材料と異なることを特徴とする請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- エンドレス供給機器(9)によって、前記の箔状の面部材(12)を配備することを特徴とする請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 造形材料(3)の選択的な照射及び硬化が行なわれる造形面(10)を少なくとも部分的に覆う半加工品又はカット部品として、前記の箔状の面部材(12)を配備することを特徴とする請求項1から10までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記の箔状の面部材(12)が、予熱された状態で配備されることを特徴とする請求項1から11までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- エネルギービーム(4)を用いて硬化させることが可能な造形材料(3)の層を層毎に順次選択的に照射して硬化させることによって、三次元物体(2)を付加的に製造する装置(1)において、
本装置(1)が、請求項1から12までのいずれか一つに記載の方法を実施するように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。
