Abstract
Description
製造例1:実施例1の水組成物及びその製造方法
実施例1の水組成物は、上述した水組成物9の第1の実施形態であり、実施例1の水組成物を製造する方法は、図2〜5に記載の方法に基づく方法である。
実施例2の水組成物9は、ろ過設備4の第2の実施形態(即ち、図11に示すろ過設備4、結合剤423は一部のシリコン材料(例えば、ナノシリコン)422と活性炭4211とを結合することに使用される)を使用して作製された。
図6に示されているフィルター(即ち、フィルター42の第1の実施形態)は、図7に示されているフィルターの製造方法を使用して製造された。ここで使用したナノ非多孔質シリコンの仕様及び供給源は、製造例1で使用したものと同じである。活性炭は、HaycarbPLC社(モデルNo.:RWAP 1074)から購入した、直径約0.425mm〜1.7mmのもの(以後、HB活性炭と呼ぶ)である。
図10に示されているろ過設備4(ろ過設備4の第1の実施形態)を準備した。ここで使用したナノ非多孔質シリコンの仕様及び供給源は、製造例1で使用したものと同じであり、活性炭は、上記のHB活性炭である。
実施例3の水組成物は、浄水システムの第1の実施形態(2つの第1のろ過設備、即ち上流側の第1のろ過設備及び下流側の第1のろ過設備を含む)及び1つの第2のろ過設備を使用して製造した。2つの第1のろ過設備は、製造例4に記載の方法を用いて製造した。ここで使用したナノ非多孔質シリコンの仕様及び供給源は、製造例1で使用したものと同じであり、活性炭は上述のようにHB活性炭である。
本開示の水組成物が酸化還元効果を有することをさらに証明するために、リンゴジュースを応用例として使用した。具体的には、0.2Lのガラス瓶にリンゴジュース100mLを添加し、そして該瓶に実施例3の水組成物100mLを添加して試験サンプルAを得た。
Claims (16)
- ケイ酸と、水素ガス(92)と、を含有する水組成物(9)を製造するためのフィルター(42)であって、担体(421)と、前記担体(421)に支持されているシリコン材料(422)と、を含む、フィルター(42)。
- 前記シリコン材料(422)は、ナノシリコン、マイクロシリコン及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれるものである、請求項1に記載のフィルター(42)。
- 前記担体(421)は、活性炭、中空糸膜(HFM)、竹炭、斑状安山岩、ケイ砂、繊維、セラミック及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれるものであり、前記シリコン材料(422)は、平均直径が50nm〜300nmの範囲内にあって、且つ、非多孔質シリコン、多孔質シリコン、粒状シリコン、シリコンナノワイヤ及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれるものである、請求項2に記載のフィルター(42)。
- 前記担体(421)は、複数の微小孔(4210)を有する活性炭(4211)であり、前記シリコン材料(422)は、前記活性炭(4211)の前記微小孔(4210)に堆積されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のフィルター(42)。
- 前記シリコン材料(422)と前記活性炭(4211)とを結合する結合剤(423)を更に有し、前記結合剤(423)及び前記活性炭(4211)は、共同して焼結活性炭を形成する、請求項4に記載のフィルター(42)。
- 前記担体(421)は、複数の貫通孔(4210)が形成されている中空糸(4213)を有する中空糸膜(4212)である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のフィルター(42)。
- 収容空間(40)を画定し、且つ前記収容空間に流体的に連通するインレット(401)及びアウトレット(402)を備えるハウジング(41)と、
前記ハウジング(41)の前記収容空間(40)に収容されている請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のフィルター(42)と、を含む、ろ過設備(4)。 - 前記担体(421)は、活性炭(4211)と中空糸膜(4212)の組み合わせであり、前記活性炭(4211)は、前記インレット(401)の近くに配置されており、前記中空糸膜(4212)は、前記アウトレット(402)の近くに配置されている、請求項7に記載のろ過設備(4)。
- 前記活性炭(4211)と前記中空糸膜(4212)とのうちの1者は、前記活性炭(4211)と前記中空糸膜(4212)とのうちの他者を囲むように配置されている、請求項8に記載のろ過設備(4)。
- 少なくとも1つの請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載のろ過設備(4)を第1のろ過設備(4)として備える、浄水システム。
- 収容空間(50)を画定し、且つ前記収容空間(50)に流体的に連通するインレット(501)及びアウトレット(502)を備えるハウジング(51)と、前記ハウジング(51)の前記収容空間(50)に収容されている多孔質材料(52)と、を備える少なくとも1つの第2のろ過設備(5)と、
前記第1のろ過設備(4)と前記第2のろ過設備(5)とを流体的に連通する輸送パイプ(72)を少なくとも1つ有するパイプラインユニット(7)と、を更に含む、請求項10に記載の浄水システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの第2のろ過設備(5)の前記多孔質材料(52)は、活性炭(521)、中空糸膜(522)及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれるものである、請求項11に記載の浄水システム。
- 前記第2のろ過設備(5)を複数有し、各前記第2のろ過設備(5)の前記多孔質材料(52)はそれぞれ、活性炭(521)、中空糸膜(522)及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれるものである、請求項11または請求項12に記載の浄水システム。
- 前記第1のろ過設備(4)の下流側に配置され、前記パイプラインユニット(7)に操作可能に接続されて、前記パイプラインユニット(7)から液体、気体またはそれらの組み合わせを排出する排出ユニット(74)を更に含む、請求項10〜13のいずれか一項に記載の浄水システム。
- 前記第1のろ過設備(4)の上流側に配置され、未処理水(91’)から気体を排出する排気ユニット(3)を更に含む、請求項10〜14のいずれか一項に記載の浄水システム。
- 前記第1のろ過設備(4)の上流側と下流側とそれぞれに配置されて、未処理水(91’)及びこの浄水システムにより製造された水組成物(9)それぞれの全溶解固形分を測る2つの測定ユニット(75)を更に含む、請求項10〜15のいずれか一項に記載の浄水システム。
