本発明は、ロスマリン酸の色素褪色抑制効果を維持しつつ、ローズマリー抽出物特有の好ましくない香味、たとえば、好ましくない臭い又は後味を抑制することができる。この結果、本来の良好な香味を保ち、かつ色素褪色が抑えられた容器詰飲料を提供することができる。
