- 可動装置の各々が、本体と、当該本体に取り付けられた充電ユニットと、前記本体に取り付けられていて前記充電ユニットに結合された充電コネクタとを備え、複数の前記可動装置の充電方法であって、複数の前記可動装置を、バッチで充電するために、前記充電コネクタによって並べて接続する工程を含む、前記可動装置の充電方法。
- 前記可動装置を流れる電源バス電流を当該可動装置の一つによって検出することと、後続の可動装置が優先的に充電されるように前記検出に従って充電電流を制御することと、を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記充電コネクタは、一端部に設置された雄型プラグと、反対側の端部に設置された雌型ソケットと、当該充電コネクタの内部に設置された二つの電極とを備え、複数の前記可動装置が列をなす場合に、複数の前記可動装置が相互に結合され、かつ充電されるように、後方の可動装置の充電コネクタの雄型プラグがその前方の可動装置の充電コネクタの雌型ソケットに接続される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記充電ユニットは、バス電流検出ユニットを備え、
前記可動装置の充電ユニットのバス電流が、直流電源の負荷電流限界に達するか、又は、これに近似することが検出された場合に、前記可動装置の充電ユニットの充電電流を切断することを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記可動装置の前記充電ユニットを流れる電源バス電流は、その可動装置の後方の全ての可動装置の充電ユニットを流れる電源バス電流である、請求項1〜4のいずれかの一項に記載の方法。
- 前記バス電流検出ユニットは、ホール電流センサーを通じて前記バス電流を検出し、又は、同一の電極の雄型プラグと雌型ソケットとの間の電圧を検出及び比較することによって当該電極上のバス電流の大きさを判断する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 本体と、
前記本体に取り付けられた充電ユニットと、
他の可動装置の充電ユニットに結合可能であり、前記本体に取り付けられ、かつ、前記充電ユニットに結合された充電コネクタと、を備える可動装置であって、
前記充電ユニットは、前記充電ユニットの電源バス電流を検出し、かつ、当該検出に従って前記可動装置の充電電流を制御する、バス電流検出ユニットを備える、可動装置。 - 前記充電コネクタは、
絶縁筐体と、
当該絶縁筐体の一端部に設置されていて電極を有する雄型プラグ、及び、当該絶縁筐体の反対側の端部に設置されていて電極を有する雌型ソケットと、
前記絶縁筐体の内部に設けられていて一対の前記雄型プラグと雌型ソケットにそれぞれ電気的に接続された電極薄片とを備え、
前記可動装置が列をなして接続される場合に、複数の前記可動装置が充電のために縦続されるように、後方の可動装置の充電コネクタの雄型プラグが、前方の可動装置の充電コネクタの雌型ソケットに接続される、請求項7に記載の可動装置。 - 前記各雌型ソケットは、前記電極薄片に電気的に接続された底端と、前記底端の中部及び両側からそれぞれ伸びる弾性リードを備えるリード電極を備え、他の電気コネクタの雄型プラグが前記雌型ソケットに差し込まれる場合に、それらの間の電気的接続を形成すべく、そこに差し込まれた雄型プラグの電極を前記リード電極によってクランプするように、前記弾性リードは、前記雄型プラグの電極と適合する、請求項8に記載の可動装置。
- 前記充電ユニットは、さらに、バス電流検出ユニットからの制御信号を受け、かつ、前記制御信号に応じて充電式電池に充電電流を供給する、減圧制御ユニットを備える、請求項7〜9のいずれかの一項に記載の可動装置。
- 前記充電ユニットは、さらに、前記充電式電池への電源を管理する電池充電管理回路を備える、請求項10に記載の可動装置。
