Abstract
Description
非特許文献1の通り、800μmの大きなマイクロニードルアレイはヒトの真皮に医薬品成分や化粧品成分を浸透させることが出来る可能性があるが、貼付後にヒトの皮膚に痛みが発生する。
非特許文献2の通り、ヒトの皮膚の厚さは1〜4mmだが、非特許文献3の通り、ウシの皮膚の厚さは5〜7mm、イヌは非常に薄いため、ニードルの長さを適切に使用対象の生物種に合わせた長さにする必要がある。
従来のマイクロニードルアレイでは、どの程度の面積で成分量が何mgか解り易いように成分量を記載して割線を入れる又は破線の切り込みを施して切断しやすくする又は切断する等したニードルアレイではないため必要な成分量を簡便に貼付できない。
医薬品成分や化粧品成分が外皮(皮膚組織、鱗組織又は樹皮組織等)深層部へ十分に浸透できるようにすることが課題である。
ニードル装置貼付後の炎症や痛み等を抑制することも課題である。
また、どの程度の面積で成分量が何mgか解り易いように成分量を記載して必要な成分量を簡便に使用できるようにすることが課題である。
本発明はこれらの課題を解決するためになされたものである。
例えば医薬品成分量10mg(又は例えば1.25mg)に該当する平方センチメートルで切れるようにニードル装置に成分量10mg(又は例えば1.25mg)を記載して割線を入れる又は破線の切り込みを施して切断し易くされているので、簡易に切断でき、必要量を使用できる。
例えば医薬品成分量10mg(又は例えば1.25mg)に該当する平方センチメートルで成分量10mg(又は例えば1.25mg)を記載して切断されているので、そのまま必要量を使用できる。
上記は例示であって化粧品成分又は医薬品成分をコーティングして外皮(皮膚組織、鱗組織又は樹皮組織等)内で溶解する生体適合性物質であればよい。

例えば医薬品成分量10mg(又は例えば1.25mg)に該当する平方センチメートルで切れるように外皮内溶解型ニードル装置1に成分量10mg(又は例えば1.25mg)を記載して割線を入れる又は破線の切り込みを施す又は切断する。

上記は例示であって化粧品成分又は医薬品成分をコーティングして外皮(皮膚組織、鱗組織又は樹皮組織等)内で溶解する生体適合性物質であればよい。

Claims (5)
- 医薬品成分又は化粧品成分を投与するニードル装置であって、微小化した医薬品成分又は微小化した化粧品成分を外皮(皮膚組織、鱗組織、又は樹皮組織等)に溶け込むコーティング剤でコーティングして充填した外皮内溶解型ニードルを用いることを特徴とする外皮内溶解型ニードル装置。
- 微小化した医薬品成分又は微小化した化粧品成分で作製されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外皮内溶解型ニードル。
- 前記コーティング剤でコーティングした前記医薬品成分又は前記コーティング剤でコーティングした前記化粧品成分で作製されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外皮内溶解型ニードル。
- 請求項1〜3に記載の外皮内溶解型ニードルのいずれか又はいくつかのニードルを湿布上に配置することを特徴とするニードル装置。
- 分割使用可能であると共に表面に成分量を記載することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項4に記載のニードル装置。
