Abstract
Description
本出願は、2017年6月15日付韓国特許出願第10−2017−0075895号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されている全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
本発明は、二次電池に関し、より詳しくは、電解液を再注入する際に、電池の内部構造及び電解液が空気中に露出されることを最小化することができる二次電池に関する。

Claims (15)
- 電極組立体及び電解液が内部に収容されている収容空間を包囲する外壁に柱状に形成され、内部に電解液が流動する流路を含むボディ部と、
前記ボディ部の内部に前記ボディ部の長手方向に延長して形成され、一側端部が圧力を受けると、前記収容空間が位置した内側に向かって直線移動し、前記圧力が除去されると、外側に向かって直線移動するピンスイッチと、
前記ボディ部の外周面に結合され、前記ピンスイッチの前記直線移動方向と平行な方向に移動する操作部と、
前記操作部の中心部に突出して形成され、前記操作部の移動によって前記ピンスイッチの一側端部に圧力を印加する圧力印加部と、
前記ピンスイッチの他側端部に形成され、前記ピンスイッチが前記内側に向かって直線移動する際に前記流路を開放し、前記外側に向かって直線移動する際に前記流路を閉鎖する開閉部とを含む二次電池。 - 弾性の性質を有し、前記圧力が除去されると、前記ピンスイッチに復元力を提供する弾性部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記弾性部は、前記ピンスイッチの柱に沿って螺旋形に長く形成される、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ピンスイッチの柱及び前記弾性部を包囲し、前記ピンスイッチの柱方向に延長して形成されるカバー部をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記カバー部は、耐食性の性質を有する、請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ボディ部の内周面に結合され、内部に前記流路を含む支持台をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ピンスイッチは、前記支持台を貫いて挿入され、
前記ピンスイッチの一側端部は、前記支持台から外部に突出された、請求項6に記載の二次電池。 - 弾性の性質を有し、前記圧力が除去されると、前記ピンスイッチに復元力を提供する弾性部をさらに含み、
前記弾性部は、前記支持台及び前記ピンスイッチを連結する、請求項6に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電解液が前記流路に流出入し、前記支持台の内側端部及び外側端部にそれぞれ形成される第1及び第2流出入ホールをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記開閉部は、前記第1流出入ホールを開放または閉鎖する、請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記支持台は、前記ボディ部の内周面にねじ結合される、請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記操作部は、前記電解液が前記流路に流出入する第3流出入ホールを含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ボディ部は、外部に突出して形成される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記外壁の外部を包囲するケースをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ボディ部は、前記ケースの一側外壁内部に陥没して形成される、請求項14に記載の二次電池。
