Abstract
Description
まず、減水剤について説明する。減水剤は、セメント粒子を分散させ、凝集を防ぐ役割を果たす。
本発明において用いられる減水剤の減水率は、18%未満である。なお、本発明における上記減水率は、JIS A 6204によって測定評価されるものである。減水率が18%未満である減水剤を用いることによって、一般コンクリートにおいても、少ない単位セメント量であるにもかかわらずスランプの大きいコンクリートを作製することが可能である。

次に、本発明における多糖誘導体は、増粘剤として用いられる。このような多糖誘導体としても、特に限定されるものではないが、一例としては、多糖類又はそのアルキル化若しくはヒドロキシアルキル化誘導体の一部又は全部の水酸基の水素原子が、疎水性置換基(A)及びイオン性親水性置換基(B)で置換されてなるものが挙げられる。
本発明のコンクリートは、上記水硬性組成物用添加剤と、セメントと、水と、粗骨材と、細骨材とを混ぜ合わせて硬化してなるものである。

細骨材S1:川砂(岐阜県揖斐川産)表乾密度=2.61g/m3
細骨材S2:砕砂(兵庫県家島産)表乾密度=2.55g/m3

細骨材S4:山砂(千葉県君津産)表乾密度=2.59g/m3
粗骨材G1:砕石2010(高知県鳥形山産)最大寸法20mm、表乾密度=2.70g/m3
粗骨材G2:砕石1005(高知県鳥形山産)最大寸法20mm、表乾密度=2.70g/m3
粗骨材G3:砕石(埼玉県飯能産)最大寸法20mm、表乾密度=2.65g/m3
粗骨材G4:砕石4020(兵庫県西島産)最大寸法40mm、表乾密度=2.63g/m3
粗骨材G5:砕石2005(高知県鳥形山産)最大寸法20mm、表乾密度=2.71g/m3
(なお、G1とG2とは粒度のみ異なるものである。また、ここでの最大寸法は、JIS A 5308基準に使用するコンクリートとしての最大寸法である。)
W:水(上水道水、密度1.00g/cm3)
リグニンスルホン酸化合物とポリカルボン酸エーテルとの複合体と、多糖誘導体として、ステアリルグリセリルエーテル基と3−スルホ−2−ヒドロキシプロピル基で置換されたヒドロキシエチルセルロース誘導体である多糖誘導体とを含有する添加剤(花王社製)。JIS A 6204によって測定評価された減水率は15%である。なお、前記多糖誘導体については、以下(1)(2)のようにして合成したものである。
リグニンスルホン酸化合物とポリカルボン酸エーテルとの複合体である添加剤(BASFジャパン社製)。JIS A 6204によって測定評価された減水率は15%である。
AE減水剤である、リグニンスルホン酸化合物とポリオールとの複合体である添加剤(BASFジャパン社製)。JIS A 6204によって測定評価された減水率は12%である。
Claims (5)
- JIS A 6204により評価される減水率が18%未満である減水剤と、多糖誘導体とを含有することを特徴とする、水硬性組成物用添加剤。
- 請求項1記載の水硬性組成物用添加剤と、セメントと、水と、粗骨材と、細骨材とを含有することを特徴とする、水硬性組成物。
- 水/セメント比55〜60%(重量比)において、JIS A 1101によって測定評価されるスランプが21cm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の水硬性組成物。
- 請求項2または3記載の水硬性組成物を用いてなる、JIS A 5308で規定された普通コンクリートとしての粗骨材寸法とスランプと呼び強度との関係を満たすことを特徴とする、レディミクストコンクリート。
- セメントと、水と、粗骨材と、細骨材とを含有する、スランプ5〜15cm、かつ水/セメント比55〜60%(重量比)の配合設計を行った材に対し、請求項1記載の添加剤を添加してなることを特徴とする、レディミクストコンクリートの製造方法。
