Description
Claims (10)
- 基盤に固定要素を打ち込む燃焼動力型打ち込み工具(1;101)であって、
燃料のための少なくとも1つの主燃焼室(6)と、
初期位置では完全に引き込められ、前記主燃焼室(6)からの膨脹可能ガスによって打ち込み方向に駆動可能な駆動ピストン(10)と、
点火装置(26)が割り当てられていると共に、前記主燃焼室(6)での燃料/空気の混合物の点火の前に前記主燃焼室(6)に作用する圧力を立ち上げ可能であって、前記主燃焼室(6)には付加的な点火装置(76)が割り当てられている、予室(25)と
を備え、
前記打ち込み工具(1;101)は選択装置(81)を含み、該選択装置によって前記主燃焼室(6)での点火を用いる低パワーモードと前記予室(25)での点火を用いる高パワーモードとの間の選択がなされることを特徴する燃焼動力型打ち込み工具。 - 前記打ち込み工具(1;101)は制御装置(30;82;105)を含み、該制御装置が前記予室(25)又は近傍での圧力、温度及び/又は位置を検出する少なくとも1つのセンサ装置(106)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃焼動力型打ち込み工具。
- 前記打ち込み工具(1;101)はリセット装置(83)を含み、ピストン過失の場合、前記主燃焼室(6)/予室(25)での点火の結果として初期位置への前記駆動ピストン(10)のリセットをなす制御のために、前記リセット装置が前記主燃焼室(6)/予室(25)の前記点火装置(76;26)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の燃焼動力型打ち込み工具。
- 前記打ち込み工具(1;101)はアクチュエータ(84)を含み、該アクチュエータを用いて圧力、温度、位置及び/又は時間制御の目標値が手動で設定又は調整されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の燃焼動力型打ち込み工具。
- 前記低パワーモード及び前記高パワーモードに加えて、前記打ち込み工具(1)は少なくとも1つの他の作動モードを有し、該他の作動モードにて、ピストン過失の検出及び/又は解消がなされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の燃焼動力型打ち込み工具。
- 前記低パワーモード及び前記高パワーモードに加えて、前記打ち込み工具(1)は少なくとも1つの他の作動モードを有し、該他の作動モードにて、前記予室(25)の前記点火装置(26)により最初にガス混合物が点火され、この後、前記主燃焼室(6)にて前記付加的な点火装置(76)によりガス混合物が時間、圧力、位置及び/又は温度の制御で点火されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の燃焼動力型打ち込み工具。
- 前記主燃焼室(6)に空気抜き弁装置(75)が割り当てられ、該弁装置はピストン過失の場合、前記主燃焼室(6)での2次点火中、周囲との圧力の均一化を可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の燃焼動力型打ち込み工具。
- 請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の燃焼動力型打ち込み工具(1;101)を作動させる作動方法。
- ピストン過失が自動的に、特にピストンの位置検出を介して検出され、前記駆動ピストン(10)を初期位置に復帰させるために、前記予室(25)又は前記主燃焼室(6)での点火が起こされることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- ピストン過失の場合に前記主燃焼室(6)が洗浄され、この後、低パワーモードでの打ち込みの際の前記主燃焼室(6)での点火によって、前記駆動ピストン(10)が初期位置に復帰されることを特徴とする、請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
